I've been here for two years now and it's gone downhill. There's been ups and downs but mostly downs... It was exciting coming here and being safe and in a great area. Yet the bumps came from within. The prices are going up, and a lot of things seem like they are put on the back burner and not even bothered with. At some point a rent check was lost and I've sent in endless complaints that didn't get resolved till I went down personally and took care of them. There's a lot of rollover with the staff and the residences. Staff have lived here and didn't abide by rules. A lot of my money has gone into this place and it's really not worth what it says.

Lets start with parking situations. DO NOT STAY on the South side of the building unless you want to walk 9 miles. Those spots are not for residents in front but future residents. Although you will see in the 8 spots for that whole side of the building always being occupied by cable companies etc. So enjoy your walk..Now on top of the art building and everyone else,Bar Louie, Prasino, Toscano etc. using the public garage to our apts. without assigned spaces. Now they are building a movie theater. Think it is a walk now. Just wait. When I moved in I was under the impersonation that the dirt pile that used to be in front of the leasing office was going to be turned into a parking lot for the south side of the building. Wrong again! Its just a grass field with drainage ditches. Now the apartment... My doors are hollow. When people flush the toilet above me it sounds like a waterfall through my walls. I thought these were apartments not lofts. I mean loud waterfall. See for yourself. Outside of the countertops and sink the place was built very shoddy, numerous issues to date from water smelling like septic water for a month straight to my place itself smelling like septic water. Thank god, that is all under control for now. Next to the amenities. Good luck on most weekends finding a spot to lay at the pool. It is randomly consumed by non-residents. Loud non-residents and their kids at that. The pool is very small for the amount of residents and the deepest it gets is 3 and 1/2 feet. Once again see for yourself. The gym is nice but very very small for the amount of residents. The towels to wipe down the equipment are either empty or full but locked. Just a very cheaply built place in general with a $300 to $400+premium per month when compared to anything anywhere close by to stay in for the same amount of bedrooms. The only thing they care about is getting you in and could care less about any problems you might have. So happy hunting. Not renewing here..

I have lived here since day 1. It is a very nice community and close to everything it seems. What they didn't tell us that construction continues and that it would be interferring with our daily lives. I have also had repeated issues with noisy neighbors and the leasing office didn't even respond to my complaint! I pay a premium to live here, and expect to get a good nights rest during the week!
