If I could give this apartment less than a one star, I would. I have lived in three apartment complexes over the past several years, and this one is easily the worst! I asked the office about pet fees and got two different answers; both differed from what I saw on my first bill. I emailed the office staff at least a dozen times trying to set up a time to sign my lease. Finally, on move in day, after packing a U-Haul, I got a response saying "I just attempted to send and print the lease and it's not allowing me...with it being Friday, I'm not expecting it to happen until probably Monday." After I moved in, I realized the lock on my first floor apartment would not latch completely. Although they classified it as an "emergency," no one has come to fix it yet - three days later. There are dozens of fees I have never heard of before and even the staff has told me not to expect my security deposit back. Rent is cheap and the apartments themselves are nice, but none of it is worth the hassle, annoyance, and frustration of dealing with the management/staff. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone.

When I first moved in it was pretty quiet. Yet, since that first month, it's been nothing short of horrible. Bugs are a constant problem no matter how many times they spray. The people are always loud and the only thing being done about this is small notes left in the doorway. I have had police outside my house at least once a week dealing with some kind of issue. I was threatened while leaving there. I've had neighbors who would come outside yelling at 3 am in the morning. The staff is king but the manager is rude. They have no care for what happens in their building. Their only worry is rent. I am probably one of the few who pay this on time and I'm still treated like no one. I am doing my best to get out of here asap. The maintenance the one time I called them came to fix a leak and all they did was fix it left carpet soaking wet. I had to call again they told me it was fixed but I was standing on the wet carpet. They then apologized saying they assumed I was at work. So if I had been they would have lied to me. So I have nothing good to say about Sardis Place Apartments.

Worse gritty people ever, they try to take all you deposit money when you move out, if you apply with a W7 they tell you is a deposit, and when you move out they take all that money, never again.

I recently went here to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment for my daughter and I. when I walked in I was barely greeted, once I made the management NOTICE I was there. When inquiring if they had 2 bedrooms available I got a one word "Yes" answer and then was ignored. So I inquired about pricing and whether I could see an apt. The lady was very rude and OBVIOUSLY did not want to do 1 of 2 things...1. Her job or 2. Rent to me. When walking us to the apartment she walked about 100 feet in front of us and was very impatient waiting for my 3 year old child to get up the stairs, even though she stated she has a 5 yr old herself. There was garbage and personal belongings lying all over the parking lot and grassy areas that clearly had been there for days. The lady (she never did give me her name) showing us around didn't even bother telling us about the amenities or getting any info from me. Very unfriendly and rude. Starting to see a trend with Bell Management.
