I lived at Seapointe Villas for a year. The property manager was very unfriendly and the management company will nickel and dime their tenants for everything. When I moved out they charged me for normal wear and tear on the unit. Very disappointing. I would NOT rent from this company if I knew how greedy and unfriendly they are.

I lived here for 2 years and my son has lived there for 4 years. The units are invested with rats. When I first discovered them they said property manager told me they would do nothing about this. They would come out at night and pee and poop all over my furniture. When I moved out the underneath cabinets and behind the refrigerator was covered in rat poop. The property manager is awful. She never answers the phone and takes week to get back to you. They have tried to improve the exterior, but the interiors are cheap. They never replace anything just constantly repair.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 2 years and it was infested with rats,they would chew up my baby bottles and run around while we were still awake,and they chewed up my couch.I told this to the manager and she did nothing about it.I spoke with neighbors and they also said they had rats and that the manager did nothing about it either.I moved out because of this and when I moved out there was so much rat fecies it was DISGUSTING under every single thing I moved,couches,refrigerators, beds.EVERYTHING.
