I have lived at Seaview Summit for four years and love it for many reasons: location, easy parking, pleasant staff and the numerous trails/walking paths surrounding the community. So many apartments are located right off the freeway, but Seaview Summit is nestled away in a high-end residential community. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood and there is plenty of guest parking any time of day or night. The pool/BBQ area was just upgraded, they recently put in several bike racks and there is a trailhead just steps from the entrance of the complex that takes you through Badlands Park. It's a great area to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July, too... from the trail you can see them going off from about five different locations.
