When I moved in over 2 years ago it was great! The management was understanding and kind but unfortunately that all changed once new management started. For over two years I never ONCE missed rent. I never even paid it on the second of the month I always paid on the first. I switched banks right before the first of one month and forgot that the checks I had were for my other bank that I had just closed down. My first time paying online, I accidentally put in the info from my old checking. Not knowing I did this, NINE DAYS after it happened this apt let me know and told me I not only had to pay $50 because I was "late" on rent but that I had to pay $10 per each day after the first that I had no idea about because no one told me!!!! I understand this rule completely for people who always do this kind of stuff and know they are late on rent but I HAD NO CLUE and they didn't care...they still charged me $10 per day and then tried to tell me I'm lucky because they were going to take my concession away and make me pay $100 more per month for the next year but decided to be nice and not do that to me. OH well thanks...that's just SO kind of you considering they still increased my rent cause that's what they do each year you live her is increase it by a ton!!! Not to mention there's only about 6 visitor parking spots on my side and when I asked where my visitor can park because they are always full they told me they can park in the mall parking lot behind the apt complex. This apartment complex I used to love but they have really pushed me away!!!

I really enjoyed living here. At first I was a little iffy because they are pretty strict on the rules. But it was nice because the complex was cleaner and quieter because of it. The management was very understanding and I loved that I could have a grill. The parking was not great to be honest but I rented a carport so I never had a problem. They threw events a lot so we had some fun with that! Especially because sometimes we got to take money off of our rent. Maintenance was awesome, quick and to the point. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

I'm with Victor, this place is TERRIBLE. MAINLY THE MANAGEMENT. We've been here for 2 years and the management is a joke, not to mention new office employees monthly. You are fined for EVERYTHING possible, from valet trash cans left out an hour after 8am (accidentally) no warning. Just a $50 fine for the 1st offense. To waiting 5 days for the maintenance to change a light bulb (because it wasn't high priority) well, we pay the same rent as everyone else so the first person to call in a work order should be the first to have it completed. Not to mention it would only take 3 minutes to change a light bulb. January 2014 for 4 weekends straight the buildings fire alarms went off from 2am-4am each Friday night, no fire they just went off from an electrical problem. The management sent out emails blaming it on the tenants. This place is definitely NOT WORTH the rent they charge (which goes up about $75) each time you renew your lease. I'm dying to see what they'll charge us for upon move out. Oh- and the last review I wrote they took off by reporting it as "inappropriate".

To anyone who's wanting to rent here, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! I been living here for the past year and i can tell you that i hate it. First of all, when you first rent your apartment it will be old and dirty. Why? Well first you can tell that the painters do a sucky job and walls are painted unevenly (it doesn't take a genius to see either) ... baseboards are dirty, underneath the top kitchen cabinets are dirty and not to mention all hard floors are filthy around the unseen corners. Maintenance sucks too, they take long to come and fix stuff and if you aren't home to supervise what they do, good luck getting it fixed. Property staff always change, and you always have to wait for someone to be unavailable. Kind of pathetic when you are paying for what they call "luxury apartments' Parking sucks, it flat out sucks. You will not find parking on any given sunday night (and by that i mean after 8pm) ... its ridiculous, just a few weeks ago they implemented such a waste of a program that designates areas to visitors, yet residents still are able to park there. Problem is you will never see a wreck enforcing those who violate the rules. Then if you sign up for your rent to come out every month electronically they will somehow add your water there w/o telling you in advance that they will do so and guess what? They are gonna decline your electronic payment you set up until you pay rent and water. Yet, they somehow tell you water is separate?! Interesting ..... Valet waste is such a joke, just today i set out my trash after you are supposed to (8pm) .. i came home and saw they hadn't pick up trash so i ran upstairs (saw two apartments with their trash out) put my bags out and hoping they took it. To my surprise they didn't and in their memo they said "we have collected your buildings trash already" Really???? How funny then because i saw two apartments literally next to me with their trash out and you already picked it up?? Overall, this apartment complex is overrated for the prices they charge. If you are going to be paying over $1000 do yourself favor and go somewhere where you will get your money's worth, just not here!!!

just moved in here and the experience has been top notch so far. Brandi has been wonderful throughout the process. I see some of the reviews posted already and haven't experienced any hint of bad management. My neighbors have been pretty nice and welcoming. It is a premium location for a pretty good price (~$1/sq ft). Walking distance to cosco, gate opens to the mall, tons of restaurants in a safe neighborhood with instant access to 35 and 121. Recent construction and the layouts are nice. SB would be a fine choice
