Serra Vista has been great to us over the past 3 years. We recently decided we needed more space and instead of having to move management is working with us to move to a different unit with more space that is still very affordable. management definitely has there up and downs but what human doesn't, i think they are great.parking may be bad at times but if you are that concerned you can pay for a covered spot for only 35$ a month. I think this place may have gone down hill a little with the transition of new management but as far as i can tell with the new renovations and time passing the management has made serra vista a homey comfortable place to live. I definitely recommend it.
