The management here is horrendous. Brandi is, for lack of a better word, a serious bitch. I put up with their bs for an entire year. We had no heat for two months when it was freezing outside & all they could do was pass out old cheap space heaters. Our stove broke after 3 months & they replaced it with another old one from a different unit. I was in the hospital in July & had to pay my rent late & now they are telling me I paid days even later than what I did because they wanted to take more money from me. They did not refund my $700 security deposit because of the one "late" payment that I have proof that I paid earlier than they say. Don't stay here. The apartments are low end, nothing is renovated & on top of that they charge you for things that aren't even in the lease (100 more per month to use your own ac unit) (good luck finding an ac unit to fit the window being as though they don't make them anymore!) By the way, someone tried to break in my apartment because I was on the ground floor and anyone can break in. The windows are in no way secure. Someone literally popped out my screen with their fingernail and just hopped through my window. I called the police and gave the rental office the report in the morning and no one cared or even warned the other residents. This place=complete joke.

Location: 2; because of the convenience. Value for your money: 1; too expensive for so old and poor of a complex. Office staff: 1; people who are just there to get paid and not be of service to the residents. Rely on YOU to say something about a problem(more than 3 times) rather than properly inspect the property for any issues. Maintenance: 1; Consists of half assed workers and the neighborhood drunk--literally. Amenities: 1; they don't exist. Noise: 1; Always loud. Neighbors and visitors like to yell at windows and across complexes all night. Not to mention the music. This is one of the most unkempt apartment complexes I've seen in years. Whenever you have a problem, you have to wait at minimum a week before anyone even takes your request. The office "staff" is just a bunch of lazy black women getting a pay check and their solution to everything is to give you a number to someone else to call about your issue. Maintenance is usually loitering around; the most you see them do is pass out flyers and push grocery store carts around the area. I do realize my family is NOT the ONLY family they have to tend to, but waiting for more than a week to fix a busted pipe that destroys my apartment(and my neighbors') is hardly acceptable ESPECIALLY when maintenance is-again-loitering around. We're still waiting on them to repair the bathroom sink and unclog the kitchen sink. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is, but if you're simply looking for a semi-cheap 4 walls, then come on in! If you want actual service and expect others to do the job they are paid to do, don't come here. Spare yourself.
