I did the same review on Yelp because I feel the same way. My girlfriend and I have lived here together for 2 years now. As of October 2015, our AC unit was not performing at 100%. When we called the front office, we were quite worried to learn that our AC unit was in need of much repair. It could be a while before the AC was fixed. Then, management told us we would be getting keys to another apartment unit that was empty with working AC and hot water. We were told to bring our dogs (fully potty trained) and make ourselves at home until the whole situation was resolved. The new management running Silverado crossings is getting things done. Maintenance fixed our AC unit better than ever, in one day and management made sure we were taken care of. They made us feel fully valued and handled the whole situation perfectly. When management changes, it can be scary for residence, but the new management is seeing to it that things get done. They handled our situation in a timely and professional manner. I'm feeling a lot better about Silverado Crossing.

Such a shame to live in such a beautiful apartment and have THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! I've been a renter, and worked in property management, for quite some time but have never experienced a company as bad as this. Don't bother approaching them with concerns or complaints, they fall on deaf ears. Even in the corporate office, I've left multiple messages that have all gone unreturned for MONTHS! And if you're a single person with more than one vehicle, better find somewhere else to live because their new policy dictates that only one vehicle is allowed per tenant over 18 years. 7 months into my lease and I was told that I couldn't park my new work vehicle on property because I live alone and already have a personal vehicle registered on the lease; since when can an apartment tell you how many vehicles you can own?! On top of the recent issues, I've been seeking an explanation for the high charges on my water bill for months! Not one person in "management" can even tell me what rate I'm being charged or explain why they are charging me for more water than I'm actually using when we are supposed to be a sub-metered property. Also, maintenance is a joke, expect at least a 48 hour turn around. I'm counting down the days on my lease.

They are nice and the area is great! The walls are paper thin though so you can hear every and anything that goes on around you. Our neighbor complains that our baby crawls too loud...like seriously?! Want me to strap pillows on his hands and knees?? So if you have children I suggest going elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The apartments are nice, yes - but it's like living in a trailer park. When we first moved in to the "brand new unit where no one else had lived before" our microwave was dirty and covered in food. We have put in service requests more times than I can count on two hands for them to fix the toilet. They are always looking for excuses to enter your apartment to "change the filters," "spray for bugs," and many other things. A maintenance guy YELLED at me once. The same maintenance guy came into our home to fix our toilet and accused us of TURNING THE WATER PRESSURE DOWN? Why in the world would we do that and why in the world would we do it just to get him to come into our apartment? One time, we had bugs and we had NO idea where they were coming from. It was the most disgusting thing. When we contacted management about it, they just said, "maybe you are just dirty." First off, that is extremely inappropriate, and second, we probably have the cleanest apartment in the whole neighborhood! If they ask anyone we know, they'd tell you I vacuum every other day and wipe down everything after every use in the kitchen! We have neighbors that set up their TV outside on their patio and blast it all day and night, disturbing neighbors yet again. People leave their trash out days before it is supposed to be collected by valet trash service. There have been a couple times where our trash was never even picked up. People let their dogs run loose and don't pick up the poop. You can open your patio door and smell the poop! We've had apartments broken into several times. The front gate hasn't worked in forever so they have just left the back one open for what seems like forever. There is absolutely NO parking if you get home after 9. We've had to call the cops on our next door neighbors AND our above unit neighbors because of the loud screaming and domestic abuse going on every other night. The parking lot also houses a bunch of trailers and RVs. I could go on and on....but save yourself the trouble and FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX. RUN FROM HERE. The management is terrible. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could!

The absolute WORST apartment I have EVER lived in. The person above me and the person next to me both play their music so loud it vibrates the wall. I have called the police and complained to management and NOTHING has ever been done,EVER!!!!!! I would not live here again if it was FREE!!! That's a fact!!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING HERE LIKE I DID!!!!!!!!
