I just moved out a few weeks ago after living there for 5 YEARS. My wife and I bought our first home. I was extremely pleased with the facility and the friendly staff! The grounds were always clean and green. The pool area was a great place to hang out with friends in the summer time as well. I used the workout room numerous times and was always satisfied with all the equipment. It is also a very safe complex surrounded buy many great restaurants and shops plus it is close to I-35. The rent was the cheapest that I could find without having to live in a shoe box. I loved the tall ceilings, crown molding, garden tubs, and my big selling point was the huge balcony with an actual roof on it. I spent many nights watching storms roll in. I always had friendly neighbors whom I would never of hesitated to ask for a cup of flour or an egg. They would treat for bugs if I ever had them and were always on top of fixing things when they broke. Over all I would give this complex a 10 and will recommending Somerset Oak Apartments to family or friends looking for a great place to live!!!

My experience at Somerset Oaks has been a train wreck. This place has had me feeling completely taken advantage of from the beginning. The people who run the front desk have no common courtesy and they WILL take advantage of you.
