My daughter was visiting a resident for her birthday at this apartment complex. The apartment complex had her car towed without any notification or explanation or anything at all. My daughter thought her car had been stolen. When she went to the office at the complex, they were rude and unhelpful. They would not give her an explanation, the towing information, the reason for towing or anything at all that would help her. My daughter is attending college in Arizona and I am her mother that lives in a different state. they had my daughter in tears and scared and in unfamiliar territory. The tow company was just as bad if not worse. They took advantage of a scared 17 year old girl that if wrong, just needed a little bit of help and the explanation of what was wrong as to not do it again. She is afraid to even visit her friend at this apartment complex anymore. Unnecessary bad treatment for something that could have been better helped with a note or any kind of communication before such drastic measures and rude behavior caused so many issues. I still do not have any paperwork from the apartment complex at all as far as why her car was towed. Your children and children friends are not safe at this apartment complex. They are rude and very unhelpful! I would not ever live here and I recommend others not live here either!

The maintenance team is exceptional! Erin, the complex manager is also very good at her job and works hard to get results. Good place to live.
