MICE! AWFUL MANAGEMENT! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've had mice in my apartment and in the walls around my apartment for the last month. I live on the THIRD floor. When I first informed the office staff of the problem, I was told I had to wait a week for pest control. In that time I caught TWO mice. I can also still hear them in the walls when I try to sleep. When they did come to my apartment I was at work so they couldn't do anything. I was never told I had to be home to let them in. The office staff did not attempt to contact me so that I could give them permission into my apartment. Usually, when maintenance has had to fix something while I’m at work they have called me to let me know. After complaining they could suddenly have pest control back out in a couple days. Since then I have still had problems with mice eating food in my pantry and droppings throughout my kitchen floor and pantry. The pantry has wire shelving so when they poop it falls on the food below them on the lower shelves. I’ve had to throw away quite a few groceries. When I informed the management that I would like to transfer apartments, I was told I could but I would have to sign a new lease AT A NEW PRICE, which is considerably higher than what I pay now. They have a computer system that sets the rent and have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY OF CHANGING IT OR MAKING CONCESSIONS. If I cancel my lease I would be liable for the next four month’s rent. After contacting the REGIONAL MANAGER there is still apparently nothing else they can do except keep calling pest control. Appliances are ok. The dishwasher is useless. I’ve stopped using it since everything has to be hand washed after it comes out anyway. I was told I would get a renovated apartment by the time I moved in, it was not. All they did was replace the light fixtures and door handles. The maintenance staff is a bright spot. Whenever there has been a problem (garbage disposal twice, microwave, washing machine, mice, crack in my shower lining, etc.) they have responded quickly and fixed the problem, with the exception of the mice even though they have tried. On site management would be good if they had any authority to make decisions, however apparently not even the regional manager has any authority. The neighbors here are friendly. Just save yourself the headache and DO NOT live here. If you have a problem you’re stuck.

The apartment itself was very nice. The maintenance men were always efficient and friendly. Not usually any trouble from neighbors, and plenty of parking spaces most of the time. The office staff are, for the most part, unfriendly and pretty inefficient, with the exception of Carol who was friendly any time I spoke to her. Any questions regarding lease terms or anything else always take a long time to get answered, but I think the office staff actually have little to no authority to make any decisions. Regardless of how much you've paid them in rent over the years you've lived there, they still want to squeeze every last penny out of you that they can once you've moved out. They go through and bill you for cleaning once you've moved out if it's not up to their standards. For future residents, I'd suggest asking to be present when they do the inspection after you've moved out; I think they are a little too enthusiastic with what they say needs cleaning, and their fees ($7 for toilet cleaning) are pretty steep. Not sure how much of the penny-pinching comes from the office and how much comes from further up the chain from Inland Management. Lastly, many people don't clean up after their dogs and that's pretty foul, especially in the summer.

CON: -lack of parking -sketchy tenants -pool is frequently closed -rude staff -car got broken into while living here -high price -broken basketball goal -unprofessional -frequent maintenance issues with appliances -general feeling of not being safe after dark as walking to and from car due to frequent occasions of men hanging around parking lot at all hours of the night -horrible fitness center, old treadmill and ancient eliptical PRO: -great size of rooms -nice pool when it is actually open and staffed with a lifeguard -close to several stores and restaurants -fast response to maintenance requests -updated feel to apartments On the outside this place looks amazing. Once you sign the lease it is an entirely different story. We chose these apartments because she liked the pool, tennis court, and size of rooms in apartments. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for one year. Over the course of the summer the pool was FREQUENTLY closed due to poor staffing of lifeguards. When a lifeguard would not show up the management closed the pool for the entire day, even if it was on a weekend. When paying such a high price ($950 monthly) you are paying for amenities, like the pool. So, for it to be closed so often it was very disappointing and felt like a rip off. Also, staff was very unprofessional. They have loud inappropriate conversations and ignore residents until they are finished talking, then they rudely act as if you are bothering them. We moved out because we got married and when we did move out it was an ordeal. We payed a $300 non-refundable deposit at move in. We are both professionals who take very good care of our things, don't party, and are did not put up many decorations. Therefore, there were no holes in the walls or other property damage and we did a thorough clean at move out. The day we did the move-out walk through they told us they would probably charge us an additional $100 cleaning fee for slightly excessive stove cleaning and one shower that "didn't meet their standards". At the time we were willing to accept that. Two weeks later we got a move out bill of $300! They sited costs of "excessive cleaning of cabinets" at $25 PER CABINET and excessive cleaning of stove $75. We were never told this would be an issue at move out and were unjustly crooked out of our money.This is all in addition to the fact that the tenant population got gradually worse as the days went on. There were young kids always hanging around cars late at night, which eventually led to my friends car being broken into, and cars that drive around the parking lots at all hours of the night playing very loud music. This is no place for children or anyone of any class. My advise is to keep looking, you pay an excessive amount of money to live here and ultimately it is not worth the high cost. If you enjoy a pool that is closed 25% of the time, loud residents, feeling unsafe as you are going to your car after dark, and terribly customer service then this is the apartment complex for you.

I wanted to know do they still have mice problem because I plan on moving in

Great apartments, very well maintained, and nice quiet community. The office staff are rock stars.
