Saint James Apartments has provided my wife and I a great place to call home. Relocating from our home state, we are glad to call Saint James our home. People oriented front office staff is a plus. Grounds are kept in great shape. Dog friendly as well. Sometimes I forget we live in apartments as we love our living space. The maintenance crew is always timely with repairs. We plan to live here until we have to relocate again. Lastly, the diversity that is within the complex leaves us feeling very comfortable. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!

I absolutely love it here. I moved in this past summer and I've had nothing but wonderful professional experiences. The management is wonderful and I feel that they care a lot more than other places do. It's a very dog friendly place, very quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I have is the thin walls. Other than that me and my boyfriend hope to be here for years to come! Thank you all for what you do.

Terry McKissick I have lived at St. James Place for ten years! It is a wonderful rural setting within the city of of Milwaukee. Over my years here I have found the management to be very accommodating to the needs of the residents! All of my requests have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Follow-up calls have always been made to ensure my satisfaction. St. James is a family friendly community with a playground, volleyball court and large picnic area. The residents are very friendly as I have made many lifelong friends! The manager,maintenance personnel and office staff really work as a team. Teamwork is very difficult to find these days so my compliments are to the manager for creating this type of environment! I am very pleased with my stay here at St. James Place!

I can't imagine a better place to live than St. James Place! I am in my second year here and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is welcoming, accommodating and quick to respond to any question or request. Any time I have contacted them, they have been right there with an answer, solution or suggestion. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, respectful and a great deal of fun. There is terrific variety here and that makes it an interesting and dynamic place to live. The grounds are fabulous--tress, flowers, lawns--and there is abundant wildlife. Even though it's a large complex, the layout and natural surroundings provide plenty of privacy and fresh air. The staff make a concerted effort and are successful in keeping the entire place clean, green and pleasant. The clubhouse, with its exercise equipment and entertaining area, is a great attraction--it's often bustling with activity and it's available to rent for private gatherings. I looked at many different apartment complexes and I feel lucky to have found this gem!

I moved here on the recommendation of a friend and have been nothing but pleased. The apartment was in move in condition with newer appliances and carpet. The management has been helpful and addressed all of my needs in a friendly and timely manner. They have done a lot of updates since moving in including new siding on the buildings, new pavement on the roads, and the clubhouse is clean and tastefully updated. The grounds are well kept and dog friendly too! I read some of the other reviews and think that a lot of the issues have been resolved when new management was hired. Overall I’ll be renewing my lease next month and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!
