This is a awful place to live, just as someone else stated, DO NOT get a town home here.We also sleep downstairs because it to hot to sleep upstairs.Yet all 3 bedrooms are upstairs. This place is awful, I am quite talented with AC units, and since this place was built in 1974 it is not, ventilated enough, NO air vents in any bathroom, and they barely blow upstairs at all. ASK anyone that lives here, I assure you they have ISSUES with the living arrangements here. THEY go up on the rent every year, but sadly its not worth it.

Started off nice. My townhouse is showing it's true colors the heat don't heat in the winter and the air don't cool in the summer. They keep saying it's this it's that. My apartment is like standing outside in the winter and summer. It's sad that you pay all this money and me and my kids have to sleep down stairs to keep cool. We haven't slept in our room since spring started to heat up...I really want to move I can not do another summer nor winter here..

It's a good environment place to stay and nice neighbors to meet
