Don't Rent At StoneGates cause theyre siow on Reparirs and they dont take care of the tenants Also when you Renew your Lease they Always hike up your Rent

In comparison to the pasific harbor apartments down the street these (or at lest my unit) is far better. Someone stole a part to our A/c unit and we got it fixed same day. The only problem I do have is we live not the Greens side by the golf corse so we have a club house here too but none of the keys they said would work do, so we can't get into the gym or anything even though we can clearly see it's all furnished. They instead use it as a storage unit for either old or new appliances. They also raised our rent, and the apartments on the other side where the office is, gets all new appliances while we have not, but we have to pay extra for that

Today's date is 11/2/15 I stay in apat. 1079, I thought it was just a roach problem, but when you see 2 inch roaches. It's not cool at all

jst moved here last month . neighbor hood is good, people that works in the office and ground and the guys that fixed this are awsome. but my concern is parking space. eversince we moved here i got the spot jst by my door. the people upstairs park behind where i park, but they move out. now theres a new people lives there. they have 2 cars and both of their car park in fron of my door , my parking space and beside iwhen they moved here they saw my car park there, coz i have little kids, and i drop my girls at school at 5am. as soon as i leave they took my parking space and never move their car.my suggestion is, the management should give a permanent parking for each apt. and only allowed 1 car. and i believed this people only have 1 bdrm. and management should give the number of parking spot as they move in. im in building 16...

Honestly I loved living here good price , nice lookin inside & out , no bugs , didnt have maintenance problems , I enjoyed the the people I lived around no problems ... I had a perv I got into it with which isn't the apartments fault .. I heard of some break ins which scared me .... my home was fine someone broke into one of my cars & someone stole the other thats what made me move but the apartments itself are really nice but ofcourse if you dont feel safe its no point they go thru security like undies ... nobody wants to stay
