They present well and staff is nice. but you do not get what you pay for. parking is ridiculous.

I am currently living here (been here a month now) and I don't know why this received a bad review. People are nice and the apartment is decent 2 bed 2 bath for $1350. Very reasonable, quiet, recycling etc.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! When we moved in, Stonemeadow seemed lovely enough. Eventually though, we realized that unless you like rude neighbors who cook disgusting (Indian) smelling food at all hours and smoke constantly (right below you!), managers who care only about company policy and not about the individual needs of tenants, having nowhere to park, overflowing smelly trash, and having to pay $1000 per month for less than 500 sq ft this is NOT the place to live. By the time we left we were thinking "GET US OUT OF HERE!!!" I do not consider myself racist but as more Indians moved into Stonemeadow their attitudes towards others (non-Indians) made us feel unwelcome in our own community. They would meet smiles and waves with uncalled-for looks of contempt. This complex is unbearable in every aspect besides the fact that (admittedly) the grounds were always well-kept and clean.
