Stonewater Park Apartments are absolutely a great place to live! The new renovations are amazing. Our bedroom was huge, there is all brand new appliances, cabinets, carpet, paint, etc. The neighborhood is great and close to everything you need. The apartments next door look a little old and run down but we never had any trouble with neighbors. It was comforting to see people walking in the neighborhood with their kids and strollers. Jessica, the apartment manager, is absolutely amazing to work with. She is understanding, takes care of any issues immediately, and you can tell she loves her job! I can't say enough good things about this place. If we didn't have to relocate, we would still be there!

I just moved in to one of the renovated apartments and I love how large the floor plan is and I have brand new appliances. You cannot ask for a better location because you are close to everything !!! I will recommend this place to all of my friends.

Less than a 1. Worst place to live ever. Maintenance men don't understand English. When we told them to hold on, we would be there in a minute, he walks in while my wife was still getting dressed. They don't know basic math either. We were late once and management told us they didn't know how to figure the late fee up. Also, there are leaks and bugs everywhere. You'll also have every other person ask you about drugs and hear gun shots all the time. ITS THE GHETTO! Do not rent here
