Modern, quiet, clean and affordable apartments with inground pool, exercise room and rec room for residents. Located about 15 minutes from Fairlawn. Lived here for over 2 yrs. My only complaint is that the walls are not quite soundproof. Not a problem if you have good neighbors

As far as apartments go, Stratford Crossing had moderate prices and are a nice size. However, The garages are very small and its almost risky to park you car next to another persons. I have complained several times about smoke smell coming into our apartment through windows and from the hallway. I can only speak for our building when I say that I have often been woken up by loud music below us. Also, There have been a few occasions where I have seen a completely drunken woman being disruptive on the premises. I was not told that this was a smoking apartment and it really myself and my family. It smells like a cheap hotel in our building.
