Absolutely the WORST place to even consider calling home. If you want to deal with loud disrespectful neighbors, long wait times for any kind of maintenance, exposure to domestic abuse on a weekly basis, drug selling going on around you, bed bug infestations this is the place for you. I've never written a bad review about anything but this place moved me to do so. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE. Save yourself the headaches and money. RUN FAST!!!!

Do you want to witness domestic violence, hear shootings, have your vehicle and place broken into? Would you like to have your heater burn up and dishwasher never work, call for maintenance and get no help? Did I mention they will charge you ridiculous rent for a cheap and low quality apartment? If you want all of this, please consider Chelsea Park Village for you next and not so last move.

Altogether a pretty miserable experience. Glad to be gone. In short: Terrible neighbors, lots of crime, incompetent staff, poor maintenance with the facilities/amenities, shoddy construction of the apartments themselves, etc. I could go on and on. I wrote a much longer, scathing review, but Google won't let me post it for some reason. Ah well. This place has terrible reviews for a reason. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

This place is horrible. I don't know why I'm still living here. There is so many things wrong with these apartments I can't think of one good thing. Nothing ever gets fixed. This year when it was freezing we called to get our heater working. It took them 3 days to come and fix it. We have roaches and they will deny that roaches exist. The will just keep putting food or bait as they call it. It doesn't work. It didn't work the first 5 times and they will not take care of it. If it snows you won't get your sidewalk shoveled . You might as well do it your self or wait for the sun to come and melt it The staff is either dumb or lazy or both. They don't really think about tenants. Everyone is right about being super nice to you before you sign. After that you are just an unconvinced to them. If you get something in the mail. Pick it up that day or the next day. Or they will ship it back and claim that your package was there for a month. Like they did with me. And then put their stupid face on when you show them the tracking on your phone. Pot holes. It takes them at least a year to fix them. They will get about 4-5 inches deep until they look into it. Noisy neighbors? It's not their problem. Nothing is their problem. DONT MOVE HERE. Please don't even think about it. You may think that it only happens to some of us. Well it doesn't. It happens to EVERYONE. People move out faster than they move in. This place needs new owners and new employees.

First Amendent 64 passed and marijuana is legal. So get off the people that smoke for medicinal purposes. We don't knock you being drunk and causing hell! Yes this place appears to be the nicest place ever they sell you a story to get you to move here but when all said and done people don't get along with each other. Kids are like hellions parents treat this property as a babysitter. There are plenty of staff that do nothing except for the people they know it's a very cult like place. Its very sad when you don't want to come home or be home because your neighbors speak Spanish and talk about you. By the way Iam gringo but know enspanslo and wonder why we just can't get along. The staff is rude now we have signed on the dotted line for a year and if things don't change we are moving just as we can. Do your homework before you move we did not and we are paying for it. Not in many ways cuz a white person isn't suppose to know Spanish ha ha neighbors so watch what you say even the staff.
