I'm satisfied with management, however I am giving 1 star due to severe noise around this neighborhood. 1. The apartment itself seems to have a poor sound proofing. You will hear every little noise from your neighbors. 2. There are lot of constructions going on around this area. Your morning starts with the extremely loud construction noise. To make it worse, huge trucks move around right next to the apartment even after midnight. 3. I heard that they are planning to build another apartment building right next to the existing two. In conclusion, it is a decent apartment but unless you enjoy living under lots of noise, avoid this one.

The door of the parking garage broke and remains open 24*7. It has been 2 weeks at the time of writing this, and it has not been fixed. Two times this week, someone parked at my spot. Their designated towing company (Sam's Towing) never pick up calls, despite claims of being a 24*7 service. I already informed them about the towing company not responding to calls. Update: when this happened the third time, the towing company did do their job. Also, their floors and walls do a terrible job of isolating noise. I can hear the person above talk, walk, do laundry... Many times, just the sound of them walking is loud enough to wake me up. On the good side, the dishwasher was quiet and the equipments were reasonably modern. Garbage disposal was convenient. My kitchen was equipped with an insinkerator. The managers are polite, but they should take the problems of tenants much more seriously
