Amazing amenities! Rock wall, kayaks, paddleboards, pinball, foosball, shuffleboard, boardgame room, pizza oven on rooftop, skeeball, and pacman table. Bike workshop and bike and snowboard storage. Not sure how anyone could think these were just "Decent" they are awesome!

I'll start by saying that I love living at True North. I didn't plan on coming to True North first. I was moving from Bellevue to Seattle so I could be closer to work. I already selected an apartment at AMLI535. It was a good apartment with decent amenities. I was all set to move in and everything was a go. That's when Luba contacted me to come checkout the apartment at True North and boy these guys blew everyone else out of water. They worked with me relentlessly to agree with almost all the requirements I had to move in. In the end I was very happy to come to True North. Luba went above and beyond to work with her manager to agree with my terms and conditions. I highly recommend working with her. I have also worked with Chad (who works for True North) in the past and he has been really helpful in taking care of the problem you have. On multiple occasions I had questions/concerns and he immediately addressed them. Every friend I have invited so far to my apartment have been really impressed with the facilities provided here. Now I'll list the pros and cons of living here. * They have a freaking bouldering wall in their gym. Invite your friends and go bouldering. Fun! * Decent gym with sophisticated equipments. * They have bike lockers. * They have two places to hang out. One is at the Bike locker room where they have two pinballs, huge TV, dart, fuse ball and lots of other games. You can spend an evening with friends here. * Did I mention about the awesome Top floor recreational center. It has multi level roof top terrace equipped with everything you need to host a full scale party. They have a full blown freaking pizza oven in there if you wanna make your own pizzas. * They have board games, they even have a suffleboard. * They have have condo and comcast internet condo internet 1 gig down and up connections. * They even have a library in the apartment. * You can even borrow kayaks and and go kayaking in SLU which is at stone throw distance. * The whole apartment have some sort of hiking, adventure theme to it. Cons: Parking rent is crazy high. No A/C in rooms. Gets really hot in summer. All in all I highly recommend this apartment. Probably the best apartment for it's price in seattle area.

I lived at Neptune and Hue Apartments and now live at True North. True North is the best so far. I like the "feel" of the place, which is hard to explain exactly. My unit is amazing and my dog is very happy with the outside roof deck dog play/potty area. I like the gym and the community area is amazing. I think the outside/inside roof deck common area make this place completely unique. Other roof deck areas do not have an indoor area with full kitchen, game area, complete with games and many big screen TV's. I am familiar with the management team because I got to know some of them at Hue Apartments when I lived there. I think overall they do everything they can to be helpful which is all anyone can ask for. Jessica and Sam are great to work with. The common spaces are not available to pets unfortunately. If I were to change anything I would at least have one common area other than the dog run area available to pets. It's nice to be inside an air conditioned space with others and be able to have a pet with you. The units do not have AC. Many units are too hot to keep a pet inside during the summer while you are at work. I came home one day and it was 89 degrees inside and I had the windows open and fans blowing. That's too hot for a pet! There is an Amazon lock-box for your packages. This can be very convenient because you do not have to wait for management to retrieve your packages. This place might be expensive compared to Neptune or Hue but the amenities are 100% better.

Great building! Amenities are top notch, and the office staff I have dealt with (Assistant Manager and Leasing Agents) have been wonderful! I love my deep bathtub, my high ceilings and my stunning city views. I would recommend this for anyone looking for new, shiny, safe, and great location!
