I've been living at Sugar Ridge Apartment for two years and a new management came in January of 2015. It was downhill from there. The place is disgusting, trash everywhere, destroyed property - gym, pool and entrance gates on both side of the property. Not to mention the office people are completely unresponsive. If you want maintenance, you can expect no response from there. When they do respond, the job is not done properly. The property is losing great tenants, on my side of the building there are 5 vacant units out of 20. Long time tenants left and now we deal with new ghetto tenants. What do you expect with ghetto management? You get ghetto tenants. I cannot wait to get out of here. By the way, safety wise....I am terrified to walk my dog at night now...EVEN during the day because of questionable people hanging outside units and the pool.

Since about Jan. 2015 this place has gone downhill. I lived here 3 years and just recently moved out. Management is horrible. It seems like management changes every year. Maintenance issues are not resolved quickly and sometimes ignored, and when they do fix something they do it in a crappy way. The layout and size of the units is small and cramped - it's not ideal for more than 2 people. I guess it would be ok for one person. And if you have more than one kid, don't even think about it, that would be a nightmare if you're the type who needs your space. Other tenants are moving out because of similar complaints. Ghetto people are moving in and making the property worse with trash and vandalism. Entry gates are always broken and the property doesn't seem very safe sometimes at night time because of questionable people hanging around. I do not recommend Sugar Ridge. Stay away.
