I am going on my fifth year and have lived in this apartment through a lot of changes. I have had my air conditioning go out through an entire summer, and everyone said I was just being too picky. Turned out i went all summer with a system that was just blowing room temperature air. Imagine that. I have been hissed at by raccoons who HABITUALLY turned over my trash, despite my best efforts. Overgrown palm trees constantly grazed my windows I could never see out of every time the wind let out a sigh. Oftentimes, it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are reinacting Jurassic Park. All this aside, this last year has been the best year in terms of getting what I am paying for. I have actually seen a lot of improvements. After 2.5 years of not being able to see out my windows, I can finally see out and enjoy the view. I can actually sit on my porch and look out at the water. For years, my carpet looked like a BMX track that required four-wheel drive to go over. FINALLY, the new staff fixed it with no complaint. It was done quickly and professionally with no upset to my life. Lastly, I haven't seen a raccoon in months, nor have I had to pick up my trash from the landing in quite some time, which I am really thankful for. This is an apartment complex, which I think a lot of people misunderstand. You will hear thumps from your neighbors, and parking will always be a problem. But I am hopeful the new management is going to keep things fair and take care of the property for a fair price as well as I take care of my home.

I currently live in the residence and I can personally say this apartments is very nice in looks but I have never had so many issues at any other apartment complex than I have here. Every month there is an issue. The first day I moved in the windows leaked from the rain. The second month my air went completely out in the middle of the summer and I didn't have AC for days, keep in mind I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. Now my lanai is completely flooded because some genius decided to install drains from all levels of the apartment to drain into my lanai, unbelievable. I have reported the issue 2 times now and it's still happening so I have to attempt to call them on Monday. Also, if you want to shower, I hope you enjoy having to stick your fingers in a nasty drain every time because this apartment complex basically put a catcher with small holes in the drains so if you don't scoop out your shit every day, you will have to shower in knee deep dirty water. It's a very quiet apartment complex and they do keep up with the landscape. Recently they spent over $100k on remodeling the "gym", their offices and "upgrading" the community pool. The pool still looks same, other than the lounge area. They re-sanded and added a boarder at the volleyball court that no one uses, so there is a waste of money. All those upgrades for every amenity and they did not upgrade the children's playground. If you see the playground you will be in shock. It's old, rusty, dirty and an eye sore. For an apartment that makes on average $1,200 - $1,600 a month per resident you would think they would upgrade a playground that looks like it was donated from a school back in the 1980s. Very disappointed in this complex, looking forward to moving out next summer. I will never recommend this company again.

Place is nice but i cant wait till my lease is up. Seems like every month they need to come in and fix this or check this and its getting really old i have to take time from work to come home and wait for them because i have a dog. like this week they have to come in and check the fire alarms which i understand for safety reasons but there were just here about 2 weeks ago to put new ones in why didn't they check them then? Now im losing money sitting here waiting for them and i top of it all my dog gets freaked out by the loud noise i wish i would of got a heads up so i could of took my dog out while they did it but now my dog is all freaked out and i cant get him to calm down.I will NEVER tell anyone to move here. This place and staff can all go burn in hell!

We just moved out. The apartments are lovely and open and spacious. Neighbors are quiet. However, the office staff (ALL OF THEM) are nasty. They act very nice to your face but will nickel and dime you for everything you've got, with zero tact. So unprofessional. We just moved out, they're charging us $400 because we accidentally gave them 51 days notice instead of 60 days. (That's only 9 days. I doubt that made a difference in them finding people, they knew our lease was ending anyways). They are charging us $700 to replace carpets that they told us they were replacing anyways when they upgraded the apartments. They are also charging us $25 for a gym key that they never even gave us. The grounds are overrun by raccoons. There were nights we couldn't take our dog out because we were literally blocked in on both sides by them in the stairwells. Poor thing had to hold it all night. Again, the apartments are nice, neighbors are nice, blah blah blah. However, the management is such a nightmare to deal with once you are moving out. I am so disappointed because I really wanted to have fond memories of my time here- but that's been tainted. Good luck to you if you are moving out soon.
