For sale. Cockroaches. Bedbugs. Work inside apartments takes months to get a response. Had a water pipe explode on me in the middle of the night. Several times we've been without water for many hours. I was sold on the idea that it would all improve with investment, but it looks like the current manager is all about creating reasons to fine and penalize his residence. Watch out. Neighborhood includes lots of drugs and crime. Basically, bad inside and out. Not worth the trouble. I'm getting out as soon as possible.

Don't like anything about these apartments! They are the definition of trash. Roaches, bed bugs, windows are old & water comes through them when it rains, got a leak in my son's bedroom, no problem is taken care of when you complain about it, noisy hallways all the time, hallways stink like smoke, I don't feel safe living in these conditions , the list goes on.. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

This is the most disgusting and least professional place I have ever lived. You will spend a fortune moving in with unknown fees etc, and then they will fight you on getting your security deposit back. I'm now in a legal matter because they have yet to send me mine and it's been past 30 days+ (There is a Colorado law that states landlords are supposed to issue back this after 30 days or forfeit any damage caused and must give back deposit in full) since I've moved out. Then, you'll receive a random bill claiming you owe money ( from a third party and mine states I owe them about $1,700) even though the office manager clearly states she is issuing you back a deposit. While living there it will be the most uncomfortable place you will ever live. Never once did I feel safe. Applicances were always breaking, my toilet and my sink constantly not working. The people they allow to live there have zero filtering or background checks. It's the worst place to live in Colorado Springs. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The staff will hang up on you and be rude. I wish I could find corporates number so they could know how terrible the place is being ran. All type of dogs live here, violent aggressive breeds with irresponsible owners. Worst place to live not worth one penny of your money.

Maintenance staff is super nice but office staff all suck except for John. He's the only one who actually seems to care about his job (everyone else sucks including the management). The heat hasn't worked in my apartment since I moved in. They are not willing to give you discounts on gas bills when heat doesn't work. Charge fees for not having rental Insurance despite having coverage since before moved in.

I have lived in Summer Grove since May 14. If you are a single female I wouldn't not recommend moving to this apartment complex. If I could upload pictures I can prove all the points that I'm fixin to address in this review. 1. Towel rack broke June 14 When renewed my lease in November I requested to be fixed again. February 15 maintenance patch the hole for the towel rack. But as of July 27th they have yet to come back and sand and paint the towel rack. 2. My shower rod fell May 28th. And was not fixed until July 8. 3. When I moved in I had the oldest AC unit possible. This year after constantly calling about my air conditioner not working I finally called Corporate. Corporate informed me that they were going to put a old new AC unit in my apartment and if it was not working to call and let them know because they didn't have any new AC units on site to put in my apartment.I've called every week since July 6th and complained about the AC unit not working when is only on from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. . I work 11 hour days during the week I'm only at my apartment at night time. As I called Corporate last week in mention that the air conditioner still wasn't working and that the other lady has said that they would get me a new AC unit in there she acted like that wasn't said. 4. The office workers are unprofessional and will get a attitude with you. Sterling even told me "You should move back to Louisiana so your mom can slap you in your mouth". This happened when I was trying to renew my lease. Melissa and Jonathan are the only ones who can act professional and not laugh in your face or get an attitude with you. 5. On July 6 I had my screen riped off my window at night while I was sleeping. I had company over so whoever did it did not come in. I stay on garden level so a child molester/murderer can come thru my window an kill me at any time. I even left a urgent voice mail for the office about my screen on July 6 and spoke with the office about putting in a work order. Maintenance did not fix screen until I called corporate last week on July 20 and they had it fixed by July 22. They left the screen just sitting outside where it was ripped off from. Making the complex look like trash. 6. I've lived here 15 months and the hallway's may have been cleaned 5xs...and that's nasty someone is getting paid to clean the hallways. 7. if you lose a key it cost $20 to get a copy per key. 8. For 3 months we have only had 3 washer working. On the July 4th two loads of my clothes where stolen during the morning from the laundry room in my apartment building but there are no security cameras anywhere on property except by the office. Or in the coke machine so they can see if you're trying to steal the cokes.
