The complex is a bit nicer than some of the cheaper ones in the area, but not by much. Parking is absolutely terrible. Many times I've had to park 2-3 blocks away. Neighbors are not the best. I've heard arguing at 3am and lived next to a family that consisted of 2 couples, 6-7 kids and a grandma, they were loud and rude. How management allowed so many people to live in a 2 bedroom unit I'll never understand. There's no way they were unaware of the situation. One of the hot tubs is absolutely filthy, the floor is stained with bird poop, it needs to be drained and cleaned. The machine that we use to load money on the laundry card was once broken for a month, very inconvenient. The lounge chairs by the pool have been damaged and rather than replace them or try to salvage them, they've been stacked in a messy pile by the pool. The manager, Toni is pretty apathetic when it comes to the residents. She has lied to my face about an issue being resolved, probably to cover her own ass. I moved to this apartment because it was cheaper than the one I was living in for 3 years and let me tell you, the old adage, "you get what you pay for" is spot on.

Don't be fooled by the management of this apartment. Before we moved in our 3 bedroom apt, they said that they would give us 3 parking spaces. after we moved in, they gave us one parking slot and said that we can park at any free parking around the area, which by the way I counted only 20 free parking and there are 185 units. then they told me that i can buy one parking slot from them for $50.00 a month. Then I looked around the whole apartment area, and all of the numbered parking slots are paid for by the tenants at $50.00 per month. there are way more numbered parking slots than free parking. it's such a rip off that their management are trying to make money off of these tenants. unfortunately, we are stuck here for 12mos cuz we had signed a 12 mos lease, soooo sad and pathetic!!!

I love this place it's nice and love how there very secure and strict security some apartments just let anyone in but this place everyone is friendly and I haven't had any problems or complaints
