This place is a complete DUMP. They overcharge because it's "close" to Walnut Creek, yet they pocket every penny since there's NO upkeep done to the property at all...inside or out. It's so dilapidated and old, you smell mold in the air all the time. Sure it's woodsy and "green", but venture on in some time. You'l find a bunch of unkept overgrown, trees bushes and ivy that's totally neglected and infested with bugs and spiders , infested with tons of spiders, bugs, flying things, etc.
