I absolutely love my new home at Sycamore Lane. I get the same amenities that I previously got at my Irvine company apartment and I pay a whole lot less. I love having such easy access to the 5 and the 405. Plus it backs up to a park with lots of great bike trails. I really have to thank Tish, in the front office, for being so welcoming and helping find such a wonderful home!
I have lived here for about 2 months now. It has surpassed all of my expectations. My wife and I have already enjoyed the gym, tennis courts, and pool. Our neighbors are pretty quiet and there is parking everywhere which is nice as I get home late from work.
Place is quiet but management sucks. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you live here. I been having a roach problem that they are not been able to fix, it all started when the unit next to mine moved out, they had roaches and came over to my place. I have told Management for the 3rd time and nothing has been done. One more thing they do not keep the cooking gas grills clean. Half of them don't work and the ones that do are filty they don't take care of them.
I am currently a tenant and I love this community. I have nothing bad to say about Sycamore Lane. I enjoy the ducks, egrets, crows, herons and woodpeckers by the river. The pool has new cabanas, chairs and hangout area. I am anticipating the opening of the new gym and clubhouse, I do wish they would hurry with that. Whoever called this place a dump is clearly not living here. Amber in the office is great, Johah and Rocky too. : ) Tara
