Im just saying...don't. You don't want to. I feel so unsafe here when my husband is away. I am scared to be alone in my apartment. Just don't

This has to be the worst apartments ever. Manager there doesn't think of herself any less than the President of the USA!! First, apartments sucks. They do have some newly furnished flats but the old ones are very dark, broken furniture and horrible carpet. For us the fridge broke 3-4 times. We would stock our food on Fridays or Mondays and couple of hours later majority of the food was rotten. We threw around $300 worth of food. This money was obviously never refunded. The furniture was half broken which was never fully repaired. They promised to fix couple of stuff before we move in and that never happened too. Promises were made of maintenance guy coming over to fix stuff and that did not happen many times too. We wrote an email to the head manager and never received a reply. We called him but nothing. The receptionist would call herself a manager. They don't even know the difference between the job duties of a receptionist and a manager. Once we were locked out of the apartment. We called apartment manager / emergency number and was told that someone is on their way. We waited for an hour or so and nobody turned up. Then we called and was informed that manager has refused to come and open the door so we have to stay in a hotel. Desperate, we knocked on manager's door (her apartment was 10 secs walk from ours) and she never opened the door and refused to help us. Apartments are secondarily. The management and service are pathetic. For $100 more you can find very good apartments in Alexandria.
