I moved here at Jan 2014, and it's been nothing but AWESOME. Location is perfect, everything is a walking distance, and if your destination not around you are in a good location for public transportation to everywhere. The amenities of this place is amazing. A clean GYM, all seasons hot top, zen garden, tanning room, and a 20 seats movie theater that you can reserve. The thing you will appreciate here is the management. They are friendly, understanding, and they do their work. You getting everything out of what you paying for.

This place is awful. Our rent was originally 1250 a month and by the time we left it was 1560 a month! It is advertised as a luxury property but is filled with college kids and foreign exchange students that totally trashed everything. The hallways smelled like rotting trash and the maintenance guys smoked right outside the elevator so that it constantly smelled like smoke. The worst part was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night like 3 times per week!! The hot tub was a cesspool more than anything else and was always broken. The only two good things about this place were the views (amazing!!!) and the sound protection between apartments. Everything else was just trashy and the staff was awful.

my car's window was broken at the parking lot ~!~~~~ It's really unsafe there, i am planning to move out~~~ trust me, security is too bad even inside of the building.

I like these apartments. I will not be renewing my lease though because they are terribly overpriced. Pros: high quality building and apartments, new, nice, warm, LOW ELECTRICITY BILLS, hot tub, good location, not much noise from neighbors, good maintenance, friendly neighbors Cons: Broken elevators, parking (management always tries to say they will start enforcing parking in the upper garage for residents, they never do), the price, occasionally rude management (although the blonde in the front is always nice), one time there were no trash bins available so I put the trash bag on the floor in the room and was served with a note that they had gone through my trash and would fine me next time (creepy), not much storage in the apartments. I'd recommend them if you have lots of extra cash.

If you love spending roughly $1000 on a small apartment with no storage space then this is the place for you! Not only are the closets half the size of a normal one but you will have a complimentary wake-up call in the form of a fire alarm going off a few times during the night every so often. Not a fan of those pesky elevators? No problem! The elevators are usually broken for days (or weeks) at a time so you will become well acquainted with the stairs. Want to use the hot tub? Forget it- either that is not working or there are loud, roudy college students using it. You will also find that normal household items (toilet, sink knobs...) will break on you. Think the staff will help you with noise issues or any other questions you may have? Guess again. They will be rude to you and make you wonder why you are spending so much money for this location. Unless you enjoy these things, your money would be better spent somewhere else. Also, make sure you stay until the end of the month. If you don't, they will make you pay for the whole month and then bring someone else in a week after you are leaving to "double dip" on the rent for that month. Very dishonest crowd here. Not making this mistake again.
