Over all the apartment was ok. There are no lights in the actual rooms. The bathroom and closets were nice and big, too big for a one person bedroom. The pools and clubhouse areas are great; unfortunately the pool closes early and the club house is normally rented out so even as a resident you can't just go use it. I had to put in multiple tickets to get things repaired. They use cheap air conditioners, after the 7th or 8th ticket we, my roommate and I, gave up and just didn't use the air; just opened windows and turned on fans. For some reason electricity was high there, about 180 a month for 2 girls (most of the time we were at school, work, ect.) The staff was nice. They had a very faulty banking system. On multiple occasions they accused me of not paying bills or paying late; I had to take off time from work to go to the bank to get statement.Once they saw everything was paid and on time they could only say oh thats just our systems error. Not sorry, not anything! Sure it's pretty, but it's totally not worth it!

I love living here. If I were to live in Gainesville for grad school, I would've definitely renewed my lease here.
