Great property and staff! We moved to the Bradford in May from Dublin. The staff was very inviting and efficiently took care of us throughout the move in process. I would definitely recommend this property to others. A special thanks to Sam who was there to address all of our needs in a courteous and timely manner. The location is a must! I love the Easton Town Center!! v/r Jovanda Curry

I recently signed my 4th lease and I am very happy with my decision! I am surrounded with great neighbors that i feel very safe living in this community and I always get the prompt answer from the leasing staff if I were to need help with anything. Since I have been here i dont even know how many times the management has changed but the last one is my favorite! Staff at the leasing office is great at communication, very professional and courteous. Sam has been extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service. Maintenance team also works so hard to take care of all these units and whenever i placed a maintenance request it is taken care of either the next day or in a timely manner for the issues that need sometime to be completely repaired. Easton has been developing more than ever lately and it is such a nice area to live so giving into that the rent is reasonable at Bradford comparing to other apartments around here. Everywhere you go will have problems from time to time but for the price and services provided here you cant go wrong with choosing to be the part of Bradford!

My brother lived here for approximately 3.5 years. He became disabled during his stay there, losing his job and thusly his apartment. He had the carpets professionally cleaned - $149.99 + tax. He had the apartment professionally cleaned - $199.99 + tax. Even with that, these _____ came up with some "amount due" and sent him to collections without any forewarning. He is now needing and is able to get his own place again. And as I'm helping do this, I find this on his credit report. IF they claim damage, they are liars. I was with him the day he moved in. I took pictures of the iffiness that was there the day he moved in. I can only believe they want the pre-existing damages paid for by him. There "managers" are replaced every two months so there is no getting in touch with anyone he spoke with when he moved in. I think that must be there business plan. Keep shuffling the staff around. That way there is no ability to contact someone that you've spoke with previously. Save your money. Check out other local places AND the reputations of other places after other tenants have been there. It seems that The Bradford at Easton will attempt to ruin things for you after you have left.

TAKE NOTE OF HOW MANY ONE STAR RATINGS THIS PLACE HAS! IT HAS THEM FOR A REASON! Honestly, I do not know where to begin with this place. As stated in a number of other reviews, the Bradford at Easton constantly changes management. When I initially moved in, they had temporary workers from out of state go over the lease terms with me. During the last half of my year lease, I frequently dealt with the property manager (Christina) and assistant property manager (Jessica), which were often less than pleasant experiences. The Bradford at Easton cares much more about your money than making your stay an enjoyable experience. Management is extremely conniving. There were countless times when erroneous charges appeared on my monthly statements, even after management ensured they would not. It seemed like their goal was to charge tenants as much as possible to see what they could get away with. Management also made it extremely difficult for me when I decided to move out. The maintenance-emergency service was also atrocious at The Bradford at Easton. I recall a time when my air conditioner would not work around the beginning of summer on a Friday when it was extremely hot outside. I contacted the emergency line because it was 84 degrees in my apartment on the second floor. The maintenance person who came out did not even have the proper tools to fix the problem, and said I had to wait until Monday! He also indicated, and Christina, the property manager, confirmed, that it was not a maintenance-emergency because the temperature in my apartment did not reach 85 degrees. Thank God I did not have any small children! The quality of management at the Bradford at Easton was very poor. They were never on the same page with one another and were extremely inconsistent in their decision making. For example, when I moved out, I was told charges would be included up to one date for my last month of rent by Christina, but Jessica told me a completely different date. Again, it appeared as if the goal was to charge as much as possible to see what they could get away with if nothing was said. Finally, The Bradford at Easton will likely make your move out experience extremely expensive. They expect a 60 day notice, even if you are in month-to-month status with no lease. That means you are financially responsible for the notice days even if you need to move out earlier. They will also likely attempt to stack on as many replacement charges as possible, which enables them to keep your security deposit and add additional out-of-pocket charges. Once again, this place loves to get their hands on your hard earned money! I'll leave you with this example... I decided to paint an accent wall at my apartment (which was permitted). During the first exit-inspection at my apartment, the assistant property manager, Jessica, informed me that the wall did not contain enough primer. She suggested having the complex's painter do it for about $50. I laughed (it was a very small wall) and said I would put a second coat on myself for $10 (which I completed that night). I then asked specifically if there were any other issues in the apartment, and she said no. However, when the property manager, Christina, viewed the wall after I completed it, she said the wall was fine, but stated there was a pet odor (not mentioned at all by Jessica to me during the initial inspection). I informed her I did not own an animal. I also informed her the apartment did not smell at all when I left because I cleaned it from top to bottom. She proceeded to pull the carpet up (when I was not present, of course), sent me a number of carpet stained photos, and then made it virtually impossible to see the carpet in person due to my work schedule. I also requested verification of the date in which the carpet was installed because Christina stated that it was brand new, but I never received the install verification. Instead, I received an invoice for new carpet a few days later from the Bradford at Easton for $500+! They additionally kept my security deposit—what a surprise!

I lived there 4 yrs and moved out 3 mos ago...they went through 3 different property managers while I was there and always raised the rent but never did any upgrades. They always promised me an upgraded unit but never remembered my request and rented it out to a new tenant. So I sent them an email stating that I would not be renewing my lease unless they had an upgraded unit available and located far as possible from that noisy Super Walmart loading dock. Of course when that time came to renew I was told the upgraded unit would be ready in 60 days but I had to renew my current lease again then transfer once the new place was ready. I looked at that lady like she had 3 heads and moved out. Later I got a harassing phone call talking about she received my keys back and I had better return all the appliances to the unit. I told her respectfully to change her tone and to give me the regional offices info to provide them with the receipts of the appliances I brought with me when I moved in 4 yrs earlier. Their own maintenance ppl told her I was the only 1 that had stainless steel appliances in my unit. Those OLD rotten, raggedy, over priced, bed bug infested units was a living hell. Last, since I didn't sign off on the lease renewal they tried to say that I didn't give them 60 written notice, then kept my deposit and tried to ruin my credit. Good thing I kept a 4month old copy of the email trail about moving once my lease was up. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
