it hasn't even been a month and im already not liking this place. day 1, can't get into my apartment cause the lock is ragedy, had to force them to communicate with me as to when maintenance will be out there, in the meantime I'm sitting outside my door like an idiot. Then my leasing officer told me my card will be activated in a few days. So I waited from Friday to Monday, drove to the gym card wouldn't work. again, looking like an idiot. Then they informed me that I had to go back to the LO to get it activated! The hell?? wasting my time again! Then they didn't tell me where my mailbox was so i had to check all of them in that section until I found mine (all the way at the bottom of course ) and FINALLY my favorite part the laundry room lol I drove up there the first day, no one told me there was a code to get in. I called and called and called no one picked up the phone (yes it was during business hours, i checked) so I gave up took my clothes home. The next day, they finally answered gave me the code so i arrive the next morning loaded up my clothes to discover you have to have a special card from the LO, the machines don't take coin. Woooooow so I left my clothes drove BACK to the LO to get a card and luckily i had cash with me to load my card with smh i want to like it here but so far doesn't look like that will happen. Hopefully it gets better. It only got two stars cause of the location btw very close to my job in Dunwoody. NEVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE igh

If I could've given a zero, I would've! This place is unreal. Between an increase in crime rate over the last few months and their inability to maintain the apartments, this place is a waste of money. The office and maintenance staff that I have come across have all been extremely rude, except when we signed the lease (because they were trying to get us here). I have had two electricity bills for a two bedroom apartment that were almost $300. When I called maintenance, they were annoyed. The guy came to my door and the first thing he said was it feels fine in here to me, and this was just as I opened the door for him to come in. Come to find out, the air filter was beyond clogged and the ac unit was low on refrigerant and yet somehow, it's still our responsibility to pay these bills when it's their own fault for not maintaining the properties. His remark about the clogged air filter was that I should've been calling every three months for them to change it. The pools were closed until the end of May when only one pool opened and finally the others mid June. Then about mid July one pool had a problem with the filter and was disgusting water. I also had an issue where they came in to check my oven because it wasn't working. They told my roommate that it was because there was no gas supply. Come to find out, the guy never really checked it. There was a part of the oven that was broken. The only reason someone came back was because I said id the gas company comes out here to find there's nothing wrong with their stuff it was going to be a $300 service fee that they were going to pay because I had Cascade maintenance out already, surely they found the problem then and it wasn't the gas supply. I hate this apartment complex and cannot wait to leave.

Few reasons why I haven't had a pleasant experience, this is the second apartment I've lived in as an adult however so opinion may be biased: Originally found an affordable apartment, we signed the paperwork and literally started the moving process and they let the old occupant re-new his lease.. after we signed... for the apartment.. we had to go for another one that was more expensive and less reclusive (we kind of wanted reclusive) not like it would have mattered much as they just keep raising the rent. Had Ipod stolen out of car, which is a bummer because I was just borrowing it for when I worked loading trucks for UPS. I thought it would be a lot safer for being right behind the god dang police station. Some people got robbed near the gym, someone got robbed near the pool. I actually don't like getting home late to go get the mail, seems like that's the last untouched destination cept' the car wash. On the plus side the whole place looks really pretty; all that rent being raised- I guess- is being used for roof improvements, renovations, etc...

I am not a resident there YET, I must say I had a great first impression from the staff. I worked with Aaron and he was professional and warm. I love the property and the neighborhood.!!! FYI Aaron is sexy :)

This place should be condemned. I agree with others about the pink mold (it actually stained my sink), mold that started growing on the wall (property manager Stacey and maintenance supervisor Corey said it's fine, no worries), the VERY loud and shuddering old pipes and faucets, and all the nasty things that can be found in the breezeways and the trail..Please take note..this place will destroy your well being AND your credit! -There's NO cell phone service here. Unfortunately, I signed my lease before figuring that out. Even my friend's brand new iPhone 5 with Verizon Wireless had no signal. I went through Metro, Straight Talk, Net 10 and a sea of Androids and got nothing, for the 6 months I was there. -When I first moved in, there was an old raggedy couch in the breezeway that the mgmt. (Stacey) said will be picked up within a week. Well, it stayed for well over 2 weeks.. -Comcast and Infinite Energy billed me bogus charges here and billed even more when I asked for someone to come out. -The plumbing is inadequate; the countertop was positioned directly above the top of the toilet so that you can't take the top of the toilet off to fix a problem. -The trail is pretty, but constantly littered with garbage and overflowing trash (for weeks) in the trash can at the bottom of the stairs. The trail was shut down the last 3 months I was there with no explanation why, or when it would reopen. -Maintenance is always working on the buildings, people are always getting evicted. -I had weird mold in my closet and it even rained in there sometimes, but the maintenance crew "fixed" it. (It still reeked of mold always). -My dog was infested with fleas BAD while I was there..I washed him with flea shampoo, took him to a friend's house to stay, no fleas. The DAY I brought him back, he was covered..again. We moved..no problems since even with him being around 2 other dogs daily. I ended up letting the place go when I refused to pay rent because the A.C. kept breaking and was never properly fixed, despite my long trail of work orders. New mold appeared on the wall. Stacy tried to convince me to move into another unit (at MY expense, with increased rent of course) a few days before my departure but I didn't want to prolong the nightmare and keep dumping money into a hopeless cause.
