we weren't able to tour the apartment before we moved in, demand is so high in the area that we didn't care at the time. from the first day, there was a terrible roach infestation. between the west elevator always breaking, noise pollution from neighbors apartments, security failing hardcore, fire alarms going off often, and the recent issue of the parking garage door breaking and allowing anyone in (someone's car got stolen according to a lost flyer in the halls), the only upside to living here is the location close to fast food and entertainment. worse of all, security is a joke. the only patrol we ever see has his face buried in his phone hiding in the parking garage or chilling in front of the main entrance. hardly ever actually patrols anything. if you need the "courtesy officer" for a disturbance, they go straight to a voice mail saying no calls are being taken. the previous manager may have let a bug issue get out of hand, but this new manager seems to be making a bad situation worse.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I and my boyfriend have been living here for only 3months and we hate it. The location is wonderful, and the convenience of the school across the street is awesome. Also, I must say the staff is very nice, however, very disorganized, papers have been lost/misplaced when trying to move in and random late charges that were a mistake added to our account. One of the biggest problems with this complex is the BUG INFESTATION!!! They are everywhere, and management wants to come in every 3weeks to spray your apt. NO PRIVACY! Also, they have bad pipes here and we have had 2 leaks already where maintenance has had to come in and cut holes in our wall, making a huge mess and leaving it without a word. Not only are there leaks in the apts, but the parking garage leaks from the pool above, NOT SAFE! I would not recommend this apt for anyone. **PLUS OUR NEW APT MANAGER EVEN REFUSES TO LIVE HERE, THAT SAYS ALOT!

Great place to live. Staff here has been super helpful and friendly. The management is great. The house keeping staff is fabulous

I've lived here for a few months and it's been a pleasant experience. I was hesitant after reading so many poor reviews, but I think the management changed recently and they have been working hard to improve things. It's a great location and comparable in price to other non-ghetto apartments downtown. In response to the other comments, I've never had an issue with hot water and in four months, I've seen one roach. I'm pretty clean, so he must after wandered out of a messy neighbor's apartment.
