Been here for nearly 2 years. The unit is ok, and location is off of the beaten path, but close to all the things you need. The office staff, for the most part, are friendly. The down side. I've had service requests say Resolved, but nothing had been done, lost service requests, and tenants don't pick up their dogs ....... crap. No better way to say it. Now, my neighbors have Pit bulls. They are restricted. One already tried darting for my dog. Plus, he nor his kids pick up after it. They should really think about installing the Pet Pickup setups. . Maybe that'd help how I feel a bit. Tired of walking my dogs in the evening and having to dodge landmines.

1. There are animals in the wall!! Scratching all the time! 2. AC is extremely noisy. I have to turn it off before going to bed. 3. Appliances are old. 4. The windows are not double glazing, it was cold in the winter. 5. Do not be fooled by the leasing office, office looks good though. Conclusion: do not live here.

Service has become very fast and reliable. Pricing is good for the area. The problem is minimal and they spray every wednesday so you can sign up if you notice a problem and it goes away. The front office personel have always been nice to me, no issues. I have lived here for 2 years and I am currently still living here.

Will NOT live here. I called in to get some information about their apartments and spoke to the rudest person. She didn't even give me her name but it sounded like I ruined her whole day. She was not helpful at all so I can imagine the rest of the staff.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. First, upon trying to move in back in August, they couldn't even show us our apartment. My girlfriend called ahead to see if we could come see it since it was now available to view, and when we arrived, it was somehow unavailable to view now. The person in the office all of a sudden didn't seem to remember telling us we could come see it. They finally let us see one that was like ours that someone had just moved out of, but we had to threaten to back out of the lease. Upon trying to move in, they had us marked down for the wrong apartment at the wrong monthly rate. If we had not called the day before, the next morning would have been a mess because they wouldn't have had us moving into the right location, thus making it more expensive for us as the movers would have been waiting around. These should have been our first warning signs, but the apartment was decent at a lower rate which is what we were looking for. After moving in, our A/C wasn't working like it should have been, and it seemed like it was always running 24/7, but it was never getting cooler in the apartment. We alerted maintenance, and maintenance left a snotty letter saying "Of course if you set your A/C below 70 it's going to always run. A/C is working fine." I never set my A/C below 70, and the problem was all the vents were facing odd directions so air was not circulating. They could have moved them, or at least advised we do that instead of being assholes about it. I'll fix anything that goes wrong from now on because they obviously don't want to help, and they all look like shady people I'd rather not let see the stuff I have in my apartment anyways. Now here we are, 3 months into our lease, and packages have been stolen off of our front door. UPS policy is to leave the packages on the doorstep, and we've not received them even though both UPS tracking and Amazon says they were delivered. My girlfriend called the office to alert them of a theft, and they said they've never heard of theft at these apartments. What makes this really ironic and strange is that a week ago they sent a letter out alerting residents that there has been some recent spouts of theft in apartments, and we should make sure we lock all of our doors and keep an eye on suspicious activity. Then I remembered that the staff here has a 100% turn over rate every couple of weeks, so it's possible that the girl working the office today really hasn't heard about it because she's only been employed here for a couple of days. If you haven't gathered by now, let me tell you that you should absolutely, positively, NOT move into this complex. Every time I go to the office to drop off my rent check, there's a new staff working there, except for the manager Amy. She seems to be the ringmaster in this shit-show of a circus. None of the staff knows what the hell is going on, and I don't blame them for quitting immediately once they find out what they've gotten themselves into. This is a place that wants to come off as a nice place to live, but it's not. Never had any problems with the residents here, but obviously they can't be the best of people if my packages have been stolen off my porch. Don't live here. Don't be like me regretting signing a year lease and getting stuck in a place I regret ever even looking at.
