I lived in these apartments for around 5 months before getting jumped outside of my apartment by three individuals that were related to the residence underneath me. Vickie (the landlord) put on a show of how concerned she was and all but in the end she is a cold, cold individual. Since I was in fear for my life by living in the apartments she told me that I could get out of my lease penalty free, that could not have been further from the truth. Still having 4 days toward the end of the month that I already paid for, they (Vickie) go in and throw away a nice couch that I was gonna have movers come move. As well as charging me for various items in the apartment that were already damaged to begin with, thus of course she did not give me back my deposit. On top of it all she argues that I did not put in a 30 day notice (No shit, I was attacked outside of my apartment coming home by others living in your apartment complex), although she previously mentioned this was not a problem. The money is not a problem, and truthfully it was partly my fault for moving into a facility that is very sketchy (other residence asking for money to feed there kids, asking for my internet password, consistent fighting and arguing outside in the streets) and NOT SAFE in the least (the amount of loitering is unreal.) Do not take Vickie's personality as kind, she is a cold, manipulative person that deserves every misfortune that occurs.
mThe last comment could not be further from the truth. I have lived here for 2 years and have never been asked for my wifi password or for money. I have never been approached by any person who wasn't just wanting to establish a sense of community. The onsite Biloxi police officer is friendly and always willing to help in any way he can, be it just lending a friendly hand or otherwise. That comment sounds like an unsavory person had something tragic happen and wants to blame everyone else except the person that did the action. The police are an easy group of people to get in touch with and they are the ones you should have called. When it comes to management they are some of the best in the area, I have lived in a couple of different complexes and these guys are the quickest to respond to issues and the nicest people one could meet. Wishing harm on someone that isn't doing anything but their job makes me think this person is just an angry individual and more that likely made the wrong group of people mad and payed the price. Long story short great place to live I have a child and have never once felt unsafe the fireplaces are awesome in the winter and the saltwater pools are awesome in the summer, super dog friendly I have seen german shepherds, pitbulls, and even a Doberman all of them nice and loving and happy to let you pet them.
