This place is awful and I wish I could afford to get out of my lease. I asked when moving in how the noise level was. My old place had amazing sound proofing and you could never hear anyone else. I was assured that I wouldn't hear any one..... That was a lie. I am woken up multiple times a night from the people around me. There are stairs behind the bedroom that sounds like someone is pounding on the wall when anyone goes up or down. The noise from the people above and next to us are just as bad I can hear any conversation threw the wall. All I want to do is get out of this place but the contract traps you in. I told them that the noise level keep me up all night and I was told that I need to give 2 month’s notice and pay two months rent. That's almost 7k just to get out. I can’t afford that. The other option is to move to another place owned by them that is not in the area and I assume will have the same construction.

I've been in a variety of apartments over the past six years (six apartments, in fact), and The Crest was one of two where I had an overall positive experience. I was in a renovated 2br1ba with my wife and cat and found it overall to be a very nice apartment. There were some smaller things that could have been done better (maintenance could have been more prompt and we had to resolve some incorrect billing issues now and then), but generally the office was helpful in dealing with things (shout out to Manny!). We looked at a few other complexes in the area, and don't regret the choice, though we had to move out early due to new jobs.

I moved into NJ from IA in Aug 2014. We looked at a few apts in and around Princeton & Plainsboro areas and found the 'Crest @ Princeton Meadows' on Ravens Crest Dr to be the best value for money when compared to others in terms of space, amenities, proximity to the top rated schools, Princeton Junction station, health care, shopping centers, Groceries and what not! Reanon & Natlie at the Crest were the ones who hosted us since we came in for the first time and they never gave up to take care of us during those initial settling-in days. They are so customer focused and friendly and took care of our every little request with a smile and got them resolved on time. They both are great assets to the Crest Team and I would like to thank them for their wonderful support thus far. Many thanks and best wishes to both of you Reanon & Natlie and your team members. I owe you all this. best regards, JK

As of now, I am still waiting for pest control, new stove (my oven blew up), window to be fixed, mold in bathroom to be repaired. Need I say more. No one calls back. Now one tells you what has been done. Call management and they speak to you nicely but never call you back. This is not the first issue I had. This is the third time in less than 2 years.

Terrible maintenance. Takes three calls to get anything done, or a call to the Plainsboro Division of housing. Took them 7 months to replace doors that were falling off the walls. Old carpeting, inferior equipment that is never maintained properly. I'd be better off living in a cardboard box. Rent anywhere but here.
