I moved here by myself for a year while in college. The prices are reasonable for how spacious the rooms are and the location. Although, the traffic on hamilton road is horrendous. When I first moved in the entire room was spotless. The only trouble I had was with the windows not staying latched. Whenever something broke (which was almost never) they came the next day to fix it. The office staff is amazing, they're all so nice and actually remember your name and where you live. Organized packaging room in the office. I never swam in the pool or used the fitness center but they look okay. Overall I loved this community, it was a good first place to live. The only reason I am moving is because of school. I would recommend anyone to live here.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about a year now and want to give it a fair review which I don't believe it has been given. Pros Apartment Design and Appliances Clean Nice landscape and outdoor path for walking Closet Space Trash service Patio Open Kitchen Cons Parking after 10:00 pm Kids think it's ok to play in the road trash compactor location As for the office staff, I was super impressed at some points and they were always polite to me when I talked to them. We did have one questionable experience but that was due to a miscommunication on both of our parts I believe.

I moved in here around April 3rd. I had just turned 18, looking for a convenient place to get started and i hated it here. Every review on here is true. My rent was raised after THE FIRST MONTH of 80 bucks. And when i confronted the leasing office about it, she accused me of lying and spat swear words at me before slamming the phone shut. Don't come here. Unprofessional and rude.

We moved here the end of September and have hated it ever since!! We moved here from Alabama without seeing, WRONG!! Driving all night of 13 hours with our pet, they didn't show us the place first. They wanted our signatures first. After we signed and then went to the apartment we wanted out of the lease at that moment!!! They wouldn't let us leave because we already had signed!!! What a joke. Loud, no sound proofing, you can here people walking upstairs with the door shut. Trash, what a joke! Single pane windows and you can see light around the entry door when it's shut. If you happen to be SICK with the flu and are even 1 day late with rent, watch out for all the fees! The rude and unprofessional office staff is very difficult to work with also. And one more thing, the have no receipts for you either!!! STAT AWAY AT ALL COST!
