All I have to say is, roaches and rodents!

I recently just moved out and thank god i did. i barely moved in april of 2009 and in july my ceiling fan stopped working and they said they were going to fix it and still havent.......maintenance sucked. One day i came home and saw them leaving the steps leading to my apt. and when i went in they didnt leave a not describing the reason they were there, a month later there were porn channels charged to my cable bill. All while i was at work!! i advise u to move elsewhere.....not worth the trouble. hope i can be of some help

Muy mala experience con esta compañia de apartmento vivi 3 meses y los 3 meses el aire acondicionado roto y nada de esperanza de arreglar fui ala oficina mas de 3 veces y nada. Despues rompi el lease pues no areglaron nada y dicen q tener el aire roto x 3 meses es normal en el tiempo de frio lol es una falta de respeto pagando todo los meses la renta. Luego te mandan un bill mas grande de lo q dice el contrato si rompes el lease y la mala atenciom en la oficina es pesima. Les aconsejo q todo lo q agan en la oficina q agan q le firmen papel como constancia ya q ellos aunque vayas y te quejes eso no es prueba para irte es decir la reseccionista solo t oye x gusto! Yo x mi parte no lo recomiendo pues hasta te botan de la oficina si reclamas algo. No parece que estamos en los EU.

El lugar es tranquilo y bueno. Me gusta!
