I lived at The Four in the 3000 building until November of 2015. I truly enjoyed my time living there. The place was clean and well kept and I always felt safe. I have suggested this property to two of my co-workers and would continue suggesting. Meagan helped me out with everything and appreciate everything. The pool and amenities are great and blew away most places I looked at. Mike

I loved living at The FOUR. Megan and the rest of the leasing staff were very responsive and the service requests were completed or at least acknowledged within 24 hours. It took some getting used to moving from a high-rise in downtown Jacksonville, but I quickly adapted to an area that is next to movie theaters, shopping (SJTC) and eateries. The only reason I moved away was due to a promotion in another city. I even asked of I could transfer to the same management company in my new city, but sadly could not. The apartments are beautiful (I lived on the first floor, so high ceilings and crown molding). Anytime friends would visit they couldn't believe how much I was paying for the upgrades. The apartments are surprisingly quiet as it appears they are at or near capacity. You can hear some neighbors while in the halls, but I rarely heard my next door neighbors. The few issues I ran into were resolved very quickly. I miss you guys!

I loved living there, but once I had to move back down state for college and financial reasons, All of it went to hell. I had to pay the move out fee of an insane $2880, but they were nice enough to let me on a payment plan. I go to make the first payment, and THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. This caused a severe overdraft, but they were able to *somewhat* remedy the situation by waiving the NSF fee, and I continued to make my monthly payments. About 5 days after the first payment, I got a call from a collection agency, so I called them immediately, only to be told that they never started the payment program on the account. That was resolved and a few months later, I came across the rest of the balance and decided to pay the rest of it off. When I went to go pay, the NSF was still showing on my account. I called to see what was happening, and it started with: "We don't waive the NSF fee" after about 10 minutes on hold, they waived it. I pay the remaining balance, and it gets taken out of my account. I wake up today, and its back in my account. I go to log on to the portal, and I couldn't log on. I called my bank, they said it was canceled on their end. So I call them, The girl who initially answered the phone was no help at all, so she forwards me to the manager, who proceeds to tell me that it was my fault and how they don't just cancel payments. Now I have to pay the $75 NSF fee in addition to the rest of my remaining balance. overall, They were great to 2 years, then once you leave they become extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and don't care AT ALL..

Hi there, I absolutely love living at the Four at Deerwood. It feels like a resort! I am originally from Michigan and received the job opportunity of a lifetime in Florida and had to move by myself in a hurry. After scouring websites and talking to countless apartment managers, I decided that I would sign a lease at the Four sight unseen. Let me just say, my risk paid off (and they helped me get all the necessary paperwork done WHILE I WAS STILL IN MICHIGAN! I arrived and all I had to do was pick up my key!) I love the staff (the manager checks in to see how I am doing, which is unheard of) and my maintenance issues, however small, are taken care of within hours. I love the hardwood floors, granite countertops and the big island. Also, the BALCONY! This complex is within walking distance to Tapestry Park and about 3 minutes away from St. John Town Center. I am beyond blessed to live here. There is a dog park, an amazing pool, rec room, work-out facility and VALET TRASH SERVICE. I mean, seriously-I feel like royalty (and no, I am not being paid to say any of this- I just really want to help nudge people to make the excellent decision of moving in here!). With that being said, I don't know how this place would ever get a bad review. If a resident has an issue, it is taken care of immediately. If there is noise (which, honestly, in 6 months I haven't had any complaints whatsoever), there is a number to call so someone will take care of it. If something isn't working (like air conditioning or toilet or whatever), they will take care of it while you are at work! I'm not trying to short-change other people's experiences, but everyone I have met (neighbors and such) LOVES living here. Don't write The Four off based on someone's negative review- call and check the place out. Ask hard questions. Meet the staff (who, by the way, are hilarious, wonderful and professional). Maybe it will feel like home to you. It sure does to me. :)

Before 2016 all was ok, but in 2016 all bad, because owners changed. I am unhappy w the apartment management. Staff not sweep the floors. My waste disposable breaks on regular basis, when only food waste is disposed. Manager told that maintenance is too busy for my repairs. It is not my fault that so much breaks and not enough maintenance workers are hired. Also my dishwasher broke and there is a stench from my disposable. I don't know when maintenance will come.
