I moved in May 15th so I haven't been here for the longest time but so far I have had a pleasant experience. Yes the buildings are on the older side, with some crooked door frames and rusty stair rails...but nothing is structurally dangerous. As far as the staff, I haven't had much interaction with them but on the few occasions that I have, everyone has been pleasant. I have put in only one maintenance request so far and it was taken care of before I even got home from work! The grounds are nice, with a gazebo and some grills, as well as doggy bag stations throughout - very convenient!! As far as the tenants go, everyone seems to be working professionals. It is so quiet around here all the time, even when the parking lot is full!!! If you're looking to rent, check this place out. I am a happy camper :}

Stay far away - it's noisy and the buildings are falling apart. If something does posses you to tour the apartments here, really inspect the quality of your apartment and demand a new carpet. And before you commit, park your car at the office and go for a walk around the neighborhood just after 9PM, that should be enough to give you an idea of what it's like. What's most maddening about the last two years here is that it wasn't always this bad. The first year was what you would expect from a normal apartment community occupied with mostly considerate tenants. But sometime after that first year the management just stopped caring. This is how management companies lose good tenants who are clean, quiet and always pay on time. Save yourself the trouble and look for another apartment/condo that's NOT off Jamestown Blvd. It's not sketchy or anything, but I swear it's inhabited by the nosiest kids (and adults, surprisingly) in Altamonte Springs.

The management is HORRIBALE and are only nice when you move it, and they lock you into a lease. The woman in the office are deceiving, unprofessional, and only care about the image of the property. The apartments are a health hazard, and are one strong wind storm from falling over. There is mold in every unit and has major water leak problems. The management takes the stance that water and mold are not the problems, but if you don't like looking at the mold they will paint over it if you complain enough. There are fleas thought the grass, so do not bring your dog with you or you will be fighting those all summer. The pool is gross,the hot tub has been broken for the past 2 years, and the gym might have one or two pieces of working equipment. Also this is not a safe area. Cars are broken into on a regular basis, home on the first level have things stolen from the balconies, and in the fall of 2011 there was a murder in the parking lot, and the gunman took his life in the street in front of the complex a short time later. If you choose to move demand that you see your unit before taking possession, they don't like you to see them before you signed the lease because then you'll know how bad this property really is.
