I absolutely LOVED living here and hated having to move out of state. In fact, this was the only place when we got to move back. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive to the tenant's needs and concerns. The pool, the sauna and excercise room is well maintained and kept in the proper condition. They put on great activities for their residents such as a visit from Santa, Spring and Fall festival and all the other holidays. A newsletter is published monthly keeping residents up to date with the latest news on the property. For those who complain about foot steps, neighbors making noise, etc; That comes with living in an apartment. I would hear my neighbors sometimes but it was never anything inappropriate and always during reasonable hours. It truly is a place to call home.

This place is phenominal. I have lived here for two years and just renewed my lease, yesterday. The staff is and has always been professional. They are more than happy to work with you on any concern or question you have. The important thing to remember is that they are still in fact a "business". That being said, "life happens" from time to time and sometimes money gets tight for families. They will absolutely work with you!! Simply work with them by keeping them informed and you will be pleased. The "grounds" are beautiful. The ammenities are outstanding especially for the price of the units. My complaints are the very simple ones. Yes you will hear your neighbors from time to time, hear the kids outside, have a few minor issues with parking spots and all of that. But in reality, IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! They are not perfect but they sure do try their best to be as close as possible.

By far the worst experience I have had with an apartment complex. No one is professional, very rude, maintenance just puts a Band-Aid on things, does not actually fix it. The office is extremely unorganized and constantly losing things such as rent and maintenance orders. The property manager savannah has no idea what she is doing and is running this place into the ground. The apartments are almost 200 dollars cheaper then when I moved in, that doesn't happen to nice apartments. When you move out they will tac on every little thing they can to get your money because people are catching on to the problems they will continue to have. They're in cahoots with the carpet company that checks it when you move out, and will blacklight your carpet when you move out but not before you move in. The worst part is they are screwing you and they know it but will still treat you like crap. Please do not move in to these apartments and if you do read the lease, after having a lawyer review our lease, he said verbatim, "they legally trapped you into paying for all this stuff you shouldn't have to pay for."

We have been living here for almost 3 months. Let me start by saying the office had a hidden fee that we didn't find out about until move-in day ($75 User fee?). On top of that, these apartments were built with VERY VERY little insulation. I can hear everything my neighbor does upstairs, and my downstairs neighbor has also asked us to be quiet (and we don't have children or play loud music). Overall, the structure of these apartments were meant for people who don't live! I mean just walking you can hear your own footsteps. The office is only helpful if you call a couple of times and complain, other than that you might as well not call. Recently, the exit gate was broken one morning causing us to be late for work. The gates are rarely closed so if you were hoping for extra security it's not here! We are moving at the end of this month because of all these complications and I would never recommend it to anyone else!
