I have lived here ten years and the already exhobitant price of my one bedroom appartment has just kept climbing. This year they added water and trash bringing my one bedroom apartment rent to the level that I could afford a mortgage on a 250k home. If you are loaded on cash and just need a short stay they are as good as anything however if you intend to live here for an extended stay I would not suggest them. Camelot Arms apartments on the other side of York offer two bedroom apartments for roughly the same as it costs to stay here in a one bedroom.
