The Guest House is conveniently located right off 411 Highway on Chateau Drive. Historic downtown Rome is about 10 minutes away, as is a shopping center with a TJ Maxx, Ross, and Barnes and Noble. We are also minutes away from Rome's best restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Chili's and more! Wal-Mart nearby as well.
Our community has a gated entrance, plus we have a property monitor who drives through at different times of the afternoon and weekends. We provide 24 hour maintenance service, centrally located mailboxes and provide a trash receptacle on-site for our residents. For your convenience, our leasing office is located on-site and residents will be provided with an emergency number to reach the leasing manager.
Your apartment will feature a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and ceiling fans. We also provide a stackable washer/dryer in the one bedrooms and regular washer/dryer in the two bedrooms.
