I have lived here for 5 years and this community has definitely become my home and family. Since new management, there has been so many great improvements! We have community parties for basically each holiday with great door prizes, food, and company. The summer brings an awesome summer pool party with fun contests for the kids, great food and drinks, and DJ. This past summer they even have a fun photo booth. Also, if you like them on Facebook, they have fun contests that you can enter to win gift certificates to anything and everything. Lawn maintenance is done every Monday and the exterminator comes on a regular basis. Maintenance is also done in a very timely manner. Any time anything needs to be fixed in my apartment, I submit a ticket, and within 48 hours (if it's not urgent) it will be taken care of. It has been a joy to live here and it will be a very sad day when I will no longer be able to call The Highland Club my home.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years after being divorced. Apartment life was new to me not having lived in one since college. But, I quickly found that I liked this lifestye. Very friendly people and I was even able to meet a few other singles and we became friends! Apartments, overall, are similar in that you hear some noises, you live closer than in a house. But, the way that these apartments are set up keep noise to a minmum and feel more like a garden home. The lakes provided a great place to walk in the evenings and I was joined by others too. I really enjoyed The Highland Club and would certainly move there again!

The staff has tried hard to make improvements in things like landscaping, resident functions, and faster maintenance requests. Overall, the place is new, clean and safe. I like the layout and design. It is really close to the places that I need to go, yet far enough away that traffic is not a problem. Overall, I think it is a nice place.
