The apartments are nice, as is the staff. People do not pick up after their dogs and I have had stuff stolen off my porch twice and attempted theft once. Poor lighting all around the complex which probably helps contribute to the theft. I also get a really loud knocking noise in my master bath walls.

The complex itself is great! We love our apartment, and we get a lot for what we pay. Our issues are with the neighbors. People don't like to pick up after their pets, and management sends out a threatening letter. No actual consequences. The lack of respect and personal responsibility baffles me. They also say that Pit Bulls aren't allowed, and yet I have seen 5 within the last week. We have had cars hit other cars in the parking lot, and they just drive off. With what we pay in rent, they should have security cameras. The ladies in the office are very nice, and maintenance is awesome! The guys are always quick to respond to issues. Electric, water, and rent are very reasonable.
