Beautiful place. Great staff, willing to help and ensure you're comfortable. But a huge factor into moving once my lease is up, the weddings and parties on the weekends. Prior to moving in, I had no idea they held events on the weekends, so I was quite surprised and annoyed when I had to stay awake until past midnight due to their bass echoing up straight into my apt...and nothing helps to stop the noise. But other than not sleeping well on the weekends, it's a nice and safe place to live.

Beware of sneaky fees! These apartments are nice and amenities are good, though nothing special comparing to other apartment complexes. What really pisses me off is sneaky fees and rental insurance requirements. They charge a "redecoration fee" upon move-in, and you must have a rental insurance. Also, they don't cover water. This may be a nice building near downtown, but there are many others not far away that don't do that, and many have washer dryer in the apartments. While the place is not bad, once my lease is up in March, I'm moving out and never dealing with this company again

I used to love the place. The previous management was awesome and tried to keep residents satisfied. BUT the new management (Natalie) simply sucks! She is extremely unprofessional, rude, tries to screw you in anyway she could, and doesn't honor what the property has promised you. I renewed my lease for a year and got a carpet cleaning as a promotional offer. When I asked for it, they refused to honor it because I trusted them at lease signing by not asking for the cleaning at the time of my renewal! They told me it is implicit that I have to ask for the cleaning in the first "2-3" month! Yes, " 2 to 3 months"! They don't even know how it should exactly work! She doesn't even understand what the word "implicit" means! Now comes the worst part! When I was leaving the place, I made sure the place was spotless. I received a final statement with strange charges like odor removal. I do not smoke and I do not use spices in my food! They charged me for a towel hanger that was installed on the door when I moved in. When I talked to Natalie, she told me that she will look into it and "call me" to let me know if it has been resolved. Needless to say, she did not call me back. A week before the due date, I called the office and they told me that I have to pay for all the charges. I wanted to talked to Natalie and they told me she was busy and she will call me back! 10 minutes later one of the staff called me and told me they cannot do anything about it. AGAIN, I asked for the manager and they told me she was not available. Instead of calling me back, she was avoiding me and sending messages through the office staff! That is the most unprofessional and ridiculous thing I have ever seen coming from a person in charge of an establishment. She simply does not deserve and cannot handle a management position! Don't go there if she is still in charge and you hate being screwed!

I've had to file a Housing Discrimination complaint with HUD and the Indiana Civil Rights Commission against this property. While the building is BEAUTIFUL, the concierge and maintenance staff are awesome, yet there is currently a power-crazed, resident dismissive, vindictive and retaliatory manager who not only may kick you out by not renewing a lease, but then try to make you homeless by giving you a poor rental reference. I am being kicked out for complaining about the manager's decision to give 12 hours notice before removing weather stripping to paint the apartment doors during the middle of one of the coldest winters in Indianapolis' history. While trying to acquire new housing, the manager telephoned me to harass me with the news she wouldn't be able to give me a good reference. The building owners are unresponsive to resident complaints on this manager, and basically, if you complain about the manager, you're lease won't be renewed. She may also harass you and tell you she's not going to give you a good reference when presented with a request. Again, the building, everyone that works and services the building is WONDERFUL, the residents create a great community. The amenities, though not what they were when I moved in, are pretty good, although there is any encyclopedia of rules for each and every amenity now which weren't in place when I first arrived. Things like switching from a custom-printed pre-cut parking pass, to a simple xerox copy requiring scissors to apply. So, if NG is no longer the manager, I HIGHLY recommend this building. But as long as the current manager is there, I would avoid this building, as it's been pretty clear that the owner isn't interested in being bothered about by residents.

I absolutely LOVED living here. I just moved out today and I'm already sad to leave. At first, I thought it was pricey, but once I compared the price to other apartments downtown, it is VERY inexpensive. Plus, how many other apartments downtown have an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, tanning beds, workout rooms and free coffee in the mornings? I worked downtown on the circle and my commute in the mornings was only about 8-12 minutes, depending on traffic. I'm 24 years old and I lived here for about a year with my boyfriend. We lived on the 11th floor facing downtown. It was a beautiful view and a VERY safe place to live. Everyone who works here was helpful. We never had a problem with anything. It is a very friendly place to live, with a variety of ages living here. It's a very great place for young professionals!
