Just moved to Cali, attending USC. Saw a lot of housing when moving out here, and I knew I wanted to stay at one of the buildings like Orsini. I've been here for about 3 months now and it's fantastic. When I'm done with a long day of classes nothing beats coming home to my hotel of a complex. The amenities are great, the Internet is like none other I've seen, and my friends never want to go home. Leon was my agent, I spoke to a few others before hand but no one actually returned my call except for Leon. He got me in here with no hassle, and if I ever have issues with the complex he'll take care of it. If you're moving out here, I'd highly recommend the Orsini.
I've been a resident at Orsini for a year now and I absolutely love living here. The amenities are awesome. They have bowling, their own gym, a pool, a theater, and they even have a karaoke room! Everything is always kept clean. The staff is always so helpful. If you are going to check this place out, I reccomend asking for Leon. When I moved here he dealt with all of my concerns, made the whole process a hassle free experience, and he still continues to answer my emails. Leon and Alicia are helping me transfer to a larger apartment now that my lease is coming to an end . I plan to stay here for at least 3 more years and I could not even consider any other place in downtown.
STAY AWAY!!! This building is awful management and staff are helpless, I moved here from NYC their marketing tactics are good and they con you into a 2 year lease minimum if you try to get out of your lease early, you will have to pay concessions which add up to 15k + (you are forced to stay) I lived in orsini 3 the one with only one pool no gym and no tennis courts but they still charge you the same rent as the rest. These mega complexes sound good initially but once you move in you're on your own. I got broken into management said "we have nothing to do with it you have to contact the police" My car was broken into I got the same response from management. They have no security cameras in the parking lot maybe one day someone will get killed down there and no one would be able to identify the suspect. The employment rate here is so bad, whenever you get used to someone they quit or get fired idk point is you can't build a relationship with anyone cause they don't last. Also if you need a repair of some sort it takes weeks for maintenance to come. The pools are always dirty and non tenants use the facility. One weekend the pool looked like a scene out of vegas drunk people everywhere loud music and trash in the pool. I wish I would have researched it a bit more before moving in. It's definitely not worth the price if you ask me. BTW its not close to any restaurants regardless of what they say, if you walk into downtown it takes about an hour on foot. and if you drive you have to pay for parking. Not conveniently located Save your money and look somewhere else
I am not one to write reviews, but this place really deserves it. I moved in about 6 months ago and i completely love it. Leon and Marquis helped me find an apartment and they did an excellent job :).. The building has more amenities than the Ritz, i live in the second building which has a convenience store inside of it, the management do these events for us, like movie nights, i personally joined the basketball league with my roommate. Best of all the service here is beyond my expectations, besides all the recent servicing of amenities, and elevators because they are installing cameras everywhere i cant complain
lots of white people ...ewwww
