It is an alright complex if this is your first apartment to move into. Other than that the staff and management sucks! Everything is just so unorganized. Everybody in the office has no idea what they are talking about or whats going on with anything. Notice all the good reviews are from years 2011-2013. A lot has changed since. When we first moved into these apartments the complex was under a different management and everything was fine. I actually wrote a great review for the apartments and manager, Manerva, back than but they are all no longer there. We didn't have any issues at all and the management made sure everything was always taken care of. Which was the reason why I actually stayed in the apartments again and just transferred to a bigger unit. Than one day I called the office to try and speak with a manager(Minerva) and come to find out she was no longer with the company. We were unaware that the whole staff changed. We did our transfer probably about a month ago which meant we had to deal with the new staff that is there. It was absolutely the worst move in that we had. First things first our transfer was well over done and discussed 2 months before. We paid security deposit, had our apartment number, and the date set when we was gone move. I had all of our addresses changes for everything, got our renters insurance ready, got the electricity transfer ready. Than a couple of days before move in we actually wanted to go and look at the actually unit we will be staying in. They took us to a completely different unit. We were confused because they told us a different apartment number before. Yolanda tried to tell me this is the apartment we agreed on and I keep all of my documents EVERYTHING for my records so I was the wrong one to be played with. Come to find out the other apartment was ready so they just switch out units without telling us anything. Don't you think that is something that we need to know?! Once we actually moved in here comes more problems. Air was not working at all, we had to wait 2 days for maintenance to fix my freaking AC. You can imagine how that was. Toilet was overflowing with stuff coming out of it that I don't even want to mention. Our unit was suppose to have a washer/dryer included, got there and it wasn't there. Called the office and they didn't even know what was going on. Telling me that it should be in there and I'm like woman I'm right here looking dead at this open area there is no washer/dryer. Informed us that it will be delivered to us on that following Monday. When received, washer/dryer was linking water on the inside, wasn't even working had to be replaced. We didn't receive a working washer/dryer until two weeks after our we moved in. Right now its been about a month and we are still having issues. They post water bills on the door when they are due, it was already a day or two before the first and we still didn't get anything. So, me being the good person I am I go to the office and ask for my bill. The lady I need to speak with(Irene) isn't there they tell me to call tomorrow morning. I call the next day, they tell me they got it for me. My boyfriend goes and get it shes at lunch so he couldn't get it. That's day 2 by the way. So I go again today spoke with Irene and ask for it she than tells me if she can give me a call because she has to get it from another lady. I'm like aren't you the lady I need to speak with!!! So I have yet to get one still but they want me to pay for it. First off, it is not my responsibility to hunt yall down on a bill. It's my responsibility to pay it. So with that being said I told them I was not paying anything until I received a paper bill of my water and my total. With all that being said, don't stay here unless you absolutely have to. Customer service and staff really sucks here!!!!

My family and I have lived in this apartment complex for an estimated 20 years and have never had any issue until now. With our lease being done at the end of the month, we wanted to move my mother as the lease holder and I as just an occupant, as well as transfer to another apartment. After going back and forth for 3 days and being told to come back so that we can speak with the manager due to the situation, I finally went back today and to say that frustration and lack of service has me fed up. The girls in the office are nice and can only do so much but the manager refused to even come out to speak about an issue that needs management attention, claiming to be too busy to even talk for a minute, even after being given the run around for 4 days by being told that only she could solve this problem. I have over 9 years experience in Customer Service and excellent rental history with this complex, so to be treated and dismissed so after making sure our contract wouldn't end, I cannot wait to get of this lease and move elsewhere. The apartments are over priced, the gym equipment is completely broken down and unusable, the pools are only open 1 at a time even though we have 3, parking is a disaster and the dumpsters are always overflowing. These have always been overlooked due to the service and great management by the previous property manager, but this one liks to sit behind closed doors and do nothing.

The new management is terrible, nothing actually gets fixed by maintenance, and the things they hide from you before you move in. I am currently paying $613 per month just for rent on their cheapest and smallest one bed room, one bath. It went up from $575 a year ago.

They have really nice apartments here. What I dislike is that the gate stops working at times .And when they do work you need a card that gives you access to open the gate, it you dont have it you need to wait till some one drives by to open the gate. If you dont have a parking sticker from the apartments youll car will get towed if not parked in the visitors parking place after 10pm. Appartment complex is not cheap neither. Bills are separate. Eather way i love my place...
