The best part about this place is the love it or leave it clause in the lease agreement. It only took me 7 days after I moved in to submit a notice to vacate. Carpets were disgusting, reeked of pet urine even after two cleanings, toilet rocked back and forth, front door had a huge gap in the top, new bathtub was installed improperly and my first shower leaked heavily on the apartment below. Balcony was cracked a wobbly, there was also a birds nest in bathroom vent. The carpet cleaning people treated my personal possessions carelessly as well as created a potentially unhealthy situation for my pet that was crated by completely blocking my air conditioner intake vent, all occurring with zero notice while I was at work. Even though the staff was very nice to work with, they were of no help in trying in get a refund for my partial pet deposit so I ended up paying in total just over $1200.00 to live in this place for less than 5 weeks. Then had to turn around and move again. DO NOT RENT!

I lived at this apartment complex for a year when I moved to Texas, the staff was always friendly and would help with any questions or concerns I had. The reason I left this apartment complex after one year is my job offered an onsite apartment so I took it. I would recommend this place to everyone!
