I have moved into PLAZA recently and love the place. All the staff members are very friendly and the place is awesome Chad helped to complete all the formalities very quickly and efficiently.Very friendly and helpful person. I am rating only my experience in applying for a lease with The Plaza. Chad did all he could to make our move to the Plaza as painless as possible. He helped me avoid red tape with the DWP by informing them of my lease, so I didn't have to waste time going down to their office . He assisted in getting my application through a bit faster as we were staying in a hotel and we needed an apartment ASAP. He also contacted the cable company and tried to get me an earlier appointment than the one scheduled. All in all, Chad gets 5 out of 5 stars, as he was EXTREMELY helpful.

I was looking for a place to move to a couple of months ago and then I found The Plaza. I moved here at the end of September and I love it. I have a great apartment , the staff is nice, they have all of the amenities, great pool. Chad is the Leasing Agent and he is sweet, helpful, and professional. He always takes great care of me. Chad you are the best!

LOVE this place so much, it actually made me feel like a home. Plaza at Sherman Oaks is one of the best apartment I have rented, it's all thankful to Chad helped me and my boyfriend to choose a best place we can have here. He is awesome, helpful and friendly, as well as all other agents and associates who works here. This apartment has the greatest location in the area; which is close to the mall, grocery stores and 101 freeway. The complex is surrounded with a lot of plants, also has a lot of amenities for free. I would highly recommend Plaza at Sherman Oaks to everyone!

I lived here for 8 months and loved it! Attentive staff, great amenities, love the pool -- they really go out of their way to create a good environment. Safe, clean, very comfortable. And a diverse group of tenants. I recommend it. Stephen Guirgis.
