The Reserve is the worst place to live for the price. It may look nice on the outside, but the carpet is gross and there are always bugs no matter how many times I submit a maintenance request. The majority of the office staff is extremely rude, and the people that do yard work are also extremely rude. Roommate matching is also a pain because they do not take your matching cards into consideration. The walls are paper thin, and the staff will not help you if you submit a noise complaint. Make better use of your money and go live somewhere else.

HORRIBLE. This place is fine if you never interact with the office staff. They'll charge you for EVERYTHING. You better not ever use your pool pass or gate card because if there are any marks they'll charge you $30. Roaches are everywhere if you live on the bottom floor and they won't come spray.

Loyal to this apartment complex for the entirety of my college career, aside from the year I was required to live on campus and how did I get repaid? With a 100 dollar charge on my account because a friend left their animal at my apartment for a short few hours to watch my graduation ceremony. If you have friends with pets, whom you might want to visit with, this is not a place you would EVER want to consider. Check the Polo Club a few short steps away, they are animal friendly and very vocal about it. The manager and general manager were extremely rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. They completely ruined my graduation day by calling and harassing me not even 15 minutes after my grad ceremony ended. A day we look forward to all our lives, ruined, and they did not care one bit. Also, I planned on moving out that day, after the ceremony, and this manager and general manager attempted to charge me for THEIR dry rotted blinds. Even after the manager broke off one of the blinds and could clearly see they were dry rotted. This complex does not even deserve one star. They are extremely money hungry. Since I moved in 2 and a half years ago the place has gone downhill tremendously. They have many residents who do not look like students living on the property and many suspicious looking characters walking around at all hours of the night. Not to mention the permeating smell of marijuana coming from the apartment next door to mine, seeping into my walls, and filling my apartment with the awful aroma. My advice would be to stay far, far away. However, I can't imagine the place lasting much longer with the management I dealt with today and the riff raff coming in and out of the complex. I turned my keys in today and they are going to charge me $15 dollars for a gate key card that was used 3 years ago when I received it. So a card that had been used for several years and then used by me for 3 years that has normal wear and tear will have to be paid for by me! What? This is something this is normal wear and tear just like dishwasher or stove if they eventually wear out because all things do it is the responsibility of The Reserve to replace it. It seems to me that they are nickel and diming and taking advantage of poor college students to replace and repair things this company should be replacing themselves. If you are a college student looking for a place to stay do not stay at The Reserve they will get you any way they can when it's time for you to move out!

In regards to the unknown user that said I worked here! Yes I do! However, I didn't work here when I posted that! With that being said, I do still live here, and have joined the fabulous Reserve staff! Still love the Reserve!
